Pricey but I think most of Manchester is. Room was great as were the staff, being right next to Old Trafford was amazing you literally couldn't be closer!.nCan't comment on the restaurant as we didn't try it, but the room was clean & well kept and the mini bar with free sweets in was a nice friendly touch.
Great place to stay, only stayed for one night but room 601 being a corner room has both a great view and closest of the stadium, and then views out towards media city.nnThe room was very clean, bed was comfortable, goodies in the fridge were a nice touch and the staff I encountered when checking in were nice and very helpful.nnAll in all a enjoyable stay!
I'm not a Manchester United fan. I stayed here because it was convenient for the Trafford centre. Not a match day, so quiet and well priced. Excellent breakfast. Very nice bar. Rooms decent. The reception and foyer area is drab in comparison to the rest of the place and feels like a Travel Lodge. Definitely think the rest of it is so much better.
A great hotel in a great location, well-worth the money. The room was clean and well-stocked, while the staff were very friendly and professional. Would highly-recommend to anyone visiting Old Trafford.
Absolutely loved this place! Booked a squad room for us and two 12 year olds. Had to email the hotel room directly but was replied to quickly and given great room rates. The boys were delighted upon arrival and excited to see the football themed bedroom. Staff in all areas are friendly and helpful. Sweets and juice in the fridge and football themed toiletries were in the room to add to the football theme. We were also given vouchers for 4 drinks and breakfast was included in the room cost. We had the most perfect view of the stadium from our room! The bar and restaurant is clean and modern and there are plenty of food choices. Including vegan food. Breakfast was great with cooked and buffet choices. We were there for the manchester united v manchester city football final and the bar was packed full of excited fans! Such a great atmosphere and the perfect place to watch the match. The best part for the boys was the massive football pitch on the roof! They had the place to themselves all evening and stayed until it closed! There is parking opposite the hotel but there are only so many spaces available. There is a car park behind at the Premier Inn Hotel if needed. There are lots of nearby amenities. Walking distance to media city and lots of pubs, restaurants. The museum and coronation street tour are close by. Well worth staying here even if you don't like football!
