Was here for an event, fortunate enough to have an exec room - delightful. Check-in was fast and friendly, rooms easy to find. Room large, spacious, bed comfy. All the things I needed included water, decaf coffee, the jacuzzi bath = wow. I can't comment on the food as a catering company was used. All round, great place, good food options around the hotel too.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It's within walking distance to a mall, seemingly 1000's of restaurants, and other attractions.nnAnna at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The executive bar is always a extra for those that travel a bit.nnThe only place where I left off a star was on the room.  As you can see, you have to take a significant step up just to get in the shower. Additionally, the toilet is tucked away behind the door. The bathroom felt like they crammed it into an existing closet.nnRegardless, perfect location, amazing views, and if management doesn't give Anna a raise/promotion, they have missed the boat!

During my recent trip to Manchester, I stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, offering stunning views of the city skyline. The room was spacious and luxurious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the excellent dining options and amenities available. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester.

Stayed at the Hilton after my son had his wedding reception. Great hotel in a brilliant location for the City centre.nCloud 23 is fanfastic with amazing views over Manchester.nManaged to get complimentary parking in the basement!

Stayed here for the first time and was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and service of the hotel overall. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we had a wheelchair with us. They helped us to our rooms and helped us out at breakfast. Was like having our own private butler.nRoom and bathroom was spacious, clean and had a lovely view of the city.nBreakfast was fantastic! Dairy, gluten and vegetarian options were also available. So much food to choose from and great quality.nWill definitely be staying here again!
