Was skeptical about booking a campanille as I have previously stayed in another location for this hotel which was absolutely awful.nI have heard another also in another location not very good.nWe had a dark fairly quiet room on the top floor. We were offered ground floor but they moved us to top no lifts but didn't bother us. Pillows were comfy. Shower was very good. Bed a bit hard but slept very well. Slightly dated decor but great location. Convenient and easy parking also
I only stayed for one night for a concert, the room itself wasn’t too bad, very outdated and the mattress was hard but it was good enough for overnight. Make sure to bring all of your toiletries the only thing supplied is hand soap, towels and body wash, however it’s conveniently located across from a retail park. The receptionist was quite rude, didn’t look like she even wanted to be there. Overnight the traffic was so loud it kept waking me up and there was a generator running sound very loud.
Second time I am staying in this place, and it is the last time. Unprofessional service at the reception and the rooms stink terribly think old socks, old underwear, and black mold together. No wonder, because the interior including carpets look prehistoric from before WWII. There are better options out there...

This establishment offered excellent value for its cost. The accommodations, while fundamental in nature, fulfilled their intended purpose. They were maintained in a state of cleanliness, and the beds provided good comfort.
