On arrival you're greeted by an employee who introduces you to a computer s teen and invites you to check yourself in. The process is straight forward but I'm not sure how easy it would be if you were a harassed  parent or had payment details to enter. A key card is produced for you and is required so that you can use the lift to get to your bedroom. The decor is fresh and new, bedrooms warm and spacious and not much noise from the street. Hotel is centrally located and within easy reach of good pubs and restaurants.  I'm wondering if during checkout that bed linen and a vacuum will  d provided for me to clean my Room!

So on arrival we was welcomed politely and explained where our room was.

Entering the room was a warm homely feel after working out you have to use your door entry card for the power to the room.

We had tempture control to our room which was nice feature.

There was room service which included a room menus for dinner,snacks and drinks.

The bath was a good size with hot water and a shower too.

There is a breakfast bar the food was already cooked and left on hot plates. Would rate the breakfast bar 7/10.

Best night sleep in ages.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a few nights stay.

I personally would love to stay again.

Had an okay stay. Jury's Inn has modernised its decor since my last stay and is following the on-trend minimalist aesthetic. The hotel was piloting self check-in via a touch screen which worked okay but just felt unfriendly. Staff were there and just ignored me, which didn't feel like a very hospitable welcome. Room was clean and spacious, with everything you'd expect at this price. But sound insulation was poor so found it noisy. Breakfast another self service affair, but had hot porridge which was great. Cooked food on a heated buffet was less impressive and staff seemed a little under pressure which meant clean cutlery wasn't immediately available. Will probably try somewhere else next time.

Location: easily walkable to city centre and very handy for O2 Ritz. Check in: self check in. Fast, simple and hassle free. Room: Family room for me and two friends. Spacious enough. Very clean. Comfortable beds. A tad cold and would have liked more tea and coffee. Bar: good service and nice vibes. Breakfast: great selection, fresh and well cooked. Meat tasted good quality. Self check out was easy

Rooms are good. Comfy bed, really good tv, hot water etc etc. Can't go wrong for the price.

Stayed here 3 times now (not out of choice) and every time the automated check in computer has failed miserably and I've ended up having to wait for the single member of staff that seems to man the entire hotel. These machines are a long way off replacing humans! The Jury's Inn check in computers have done the opposite of save time and improve service.

The food in the restaurant is fine. However I don't have words for how bad the service is.
