The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well decorated with a large comfy bed. Nice strong shower. The bar has a large selection of drinks and the cocktails were very good. We were disappointed with dinner however. It was a tapas style meal which took forever to come out and when it finally arrived, two dishes were not edible (we are not fussy eaters but some of the meat was raw). The staff were very good at dealing with it though and the rest of our stay was good which is why I still gave a 5 star. If the food at dinner was improved, this place would be perfection.

I cannot really fault this place, been here a week and luckily coming back again soon.

Staff professionally presented and polite.  Decor and building amazing.  

The room is very well presented, cleaned and the bathrooms superb.  Little touches in the room finish it off like snacks etc.  Gym very well equipped.  

Agree that room service menu could have a wider choice, but plenty of eateries open late locally.

Looking forward to coming back with a better room 😁

Fantastic bar serving a good selection of beers and well made cocktails. Great space that has an equally good atmosphere in the old converted principal insurance building just across the road from Oxford Station. 

Take a seat at the bar or move into the quieter surrounds of the lounge or atrium and enjoy the relaxed seating.

I could not believe what we received for the price I paid. The room was beautiful.. the staff were lovely and the building inside and out is stunning and so clean. Our roo. Was quiet and perfect. Plus 12pm checkout was a dream after a long night of drinks. Just round the corner from canal street and right next to the theatre. I will definitely be going back!

I've stayed here twice now and it's lovely. Fantastic old building lovingly restored. The staff are amazing very helpful. Comfortable bedrooms. Book a breakfast it's worth every penny. All you can eat. Help your self. Lots to choose from. 💗
