Our room was simple and a little tired but overall clean and comfortable. The bathroom is large with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff were very friendly when we checked in but seemed less interested in interactions after this. The hotel is located quite centrally with most things around the city centre no more than a 10 min walk. Parking is available at a nearby parking station at a discounted rate of £18 per 24 hours but you cannot come and go or you need to pay again.

Had the pleasure of staying here for about a week while in town for the World Cup of Roller Derby. The location alone makes it worth staying. Within a few minutes walk, you can have everything from high end shipping, to traditional pubs. The rooms are nice, and the staff very plesant. It is also close to the main tram station, and many major bus stops.

Love it..centrally located not 2 min walk away from the tram station in the centre of the city. Nice and clean with a modern feel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Got an upgraded room because I was guest of the day and it was fantastic! Really recommend the hotel as a place to stay. The room was great and the staff were polite and friendly!

Excellent hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Very relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable rooms, with bath, shower, heated mirror, toiletries, wardrobe, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, cups, tea, coffee, biscuits, TV, air conditioning, plenty bright or desk/bedside lighting, comfy bed and blackout curtains, plus more. Ideal location for the City Centre, Chinatown, the Gay Village, Christmas Markets, the Opera House and many more venues and attractions.
