Held a last minute training here. There was availability. Reservation process was straight forward. Setup was clean, neat and presentable. Catering menus were great... ranging from healthy to hardy foods. Service was excellent. Technology available. Beautiful facilities. 10 min walk or less to cut centre or £5 uber ride.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Stayed over just before Christmas due to a fantastic deal found on the website. There was a Christmas party taking place so some areas were closed off to guests however alternatives were made available which were equally as good. Room was exceptionally well finished and the bath and showers were fantastic after a day of Christmas shopping. Breakfast was included in our deal and I have to say it was superb Will most certainly be back

Attending a wedding and stayed overnight and found it to be fantastic service all round. Staff couldn't have helped more. Bar on the top provided great views across West Manchester from the terrace while the bottom floor bar was a delight with a separate sitting area. Rooms were amazing and usually split across 2 floors with a mezzanine. Comfortable beds and superb bathrooms providing free standing bath and walk in shower. Fantastic hotel, well worth the stay.

We booked a baby grand room and were swiftly upgraded to a Suite which was fabulous! The mattress is one of the most comfortable I have slept on full stop! Staff are really friendly and hotel nice. We didn't use the roof terrace as there was a private event (Shame). Room service food was lovely and the rose petals, champagne and strawberries on arrival were a lovely touch! Will definitely stay again and indeed want to try King Street Townhouse too.

I visited with some friends to try their afternoon tea. The food was delicious and the staff were so helpful and attentive. We all had a wonderful time and hope to visit again soon.
