Although not too far from stpauls and London city offices, the rooms can vary in quality. A premier plus room can sometimes be quite small, which for the additional price is silly. They do come with a fridge, glass bottled water and better soaps. In addition to this, if you're on floor 1, good luck having any sort of view. I felt like I was living in a basement and forgotten about. Which is a step down from the quality I see from other locations of the same brand. Not to mention, the breakfast is a reasonable quality. But the dinner. I will never eat ever again. Pizza tasted like cardboard.
A regular stay for me while in London, only a 3 minute walk from the tube station and parking nearby well priced. Hotel itself always clean and rooms very good. The buffet breakfast is also worth having.Rooms: 4/5
Nice hotel. Great location close to downtown and underground. Restaurant on site. Great breakfast buffet for a fee. You can check in early or leave bags with front desk. Beds were comfortable and Air Con, showers, TV all worked well. Would stay here again.Rooms: 5/5
Excellent service, staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Daniela nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond. Our room was a good size comfortable beds, the view from the room was awful as it was an overgrown courtyard with rubbish outside the window. Breakfasts was good value for money I would definitely stay here again
We decided to stay in London for the first time, and this seemed like a great option - near covent garden, near a busy tube stop, near the west end and great value. Overall, it was all we could've hoped for. The rooms were big, and the bathroom had a bathtub, and the beds were very comfy there was an advert to buy their mattesses! and there was a kettle and glasses. We had the buffet breakfast. It definitely wasn't the best I've had but it was still good, with a cooked breakfast, cereal and toast available. Also, our daughter ate the most out of all of us and she went free! The staff were nice and they had a good person - free check-in screen. If I ever stayed in London again, I would definitely come here again. Nearby activities: As I mentioned before: near covent garden, the west end, the river, and near a busy tube station blackfriars.
Great location. Room was in the basement. It was spacious and clean. There was air conditioning but the windows couldn't be opened even a fraction. Very large bathroom with bath and shower. Hairdryer and kettle were in the room. Breakfast was extensive and all staff were friendly.Rooms: 5/5
This was a great choice to explore several days in London from - the location couldn't be better. The hotel is a bit tucked away and in a quiet - though not weirdly quiet - area, but everywhere you want to be including the airports and train stations is easily accessible with great transit options Blackfriars is most important, though not alone. Plus it was super helpful having a small grocery store around the corner too! The two main negatives were that the wifi was needlessly slow gotta pay for premium wifi and our keycards kept getting wiped being in our pockets/bags - the staff were great and never hesitated to replace them luckily but it happened like 5+ times and was quite the frustration and would have been awful if we just had one key. Time to upgrade to RFID - or at least decent magnetic stripe cards... They clean rooms only on request, which we really appreciated - it felt more comfortable and home-y - and the room 5th floor Premier Plus itself was solid. Nothing luxurious but it was comfortable and not at all cramped for a couple - oh and felt like a solid value overall. Middle of the road, felt just right at its price point. Would definitely stay again.
Very clean unlike some premier inns these days, super quiet room on the rear of hotel. Location very good for our needs, and price was reasonable for London.Rooms: 5/5
Room was reasonably quiet, great location and helpful members of staff. Bed was comfortable. The ultimate Wi-fi included in our stay was fast enough and stable. There was lack of amenities; we got two hand soap dispensers and only one body wash. No shampoo in the shower, so we had to go to the Tesco next door to buy our own. The room itself was filthy, the carpets and walls were stained and the mini fridge was not cleaned and full of dirt. We paid extra for a Premier Plus room and even that room felt awfully cramped. The TV also didn't work.
The location is very good, right around the corner from St Paul’s. You have various Bus and subway stations around the hotel, also two small supermarkets. Basically ever attraction is walkable. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The only negative I have here is the WiFi, it was really bad and not usable at all. You had to pay extra to get a „premium WiFi“, which was a bit better. But nowadays any hotel should have a good WiFi. Rooms: Clean and quite large. Safety: No problem at all.
