Very spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Love that their trash can has a section for recycling. Also really like their cucumber + lime water that's available at the lobby! Rooms were comfortable and always clean. Great service too. Walkability: - The hotel is about a 10mins walk partially uphill from Temple station which does not have a lift or escalator. - The hotel is about a 3mins walk from the nearest bus stop along fleet street, and this might be the better option for those with problems walking.
We stayed at this hotel the weekend the room was beautiful, so much space with a shower and bath tub just to top it off. The price was spot on, the Food was unreal I’ve stayed in a large amount of hotels in London and have to say this was my most pleasing stay by far. The Staff was the kindest and help-fullest people I’ve Met Even down to the day we was checking out and left our bags behind the desk we arrived back in a rush and they had our bags waiting for us because they seen our taxi outside. I defiantly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
This is now our favourite London hotel. Rooms are modern and large. Staff are all friendly and kind. Location is incredible. We were there for work at the King's and it was just amazingly convenient. Breakfast was high quality and plenty. We needed no lunch and perhaps even dinner afterwards! Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back again.
We stayed at the Apex Temple Court back in May and really enjoyed our time there. After a mix-up with the room was quickly sorted on check-in, everything else was spot on - the location, room and breakfast were all excellent. However, what really made it stand out was how caring and helpful the staff were. Our toddler was taken ill while we were there and after a trip to A&E, the front desk made sure we were ok and had all we needed. Then when someone from housekeeping stopped by with extra towels, she was really kind to us and the little one. It’s a really good hotel - close enough to everything yet really quiet, and you will feel looked after during your stay
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and really enjoyed our experience. This hotel is in a great spot that is close to a couple tube stations. It's very modern and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant on-site. We did have an issue one night where the AC didn't work in our room. We brought it to the attention of the front desk who sent someone to fix it, but they were unable too. Maurie was very understanding of the situation and upgraded us to an amazing suite for our troubles. She is an asset to this hotel! We would stay here again.
I absolutely loved this place. We booked here on very short notice after a disastrous stay at another hotel and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The room was huge, clean and had a beautiful rooftop view. The food was pretty good and room service was fast, although you have a ton of restaurants in walking distance anyway. I can only think of three criticisms, and I’ve had to think pretty hard. The minibar is expensive, which barely counts. The balcony of the room was lovely, especially in summer, but I wished for a slightly more substantial divider between balconies - you get a planter that you can see through pretty easily. And the linens seem to be bleached really heavily, which leaves them spotless but if you’re sensitive to it can cause a bit of a reaction. I’m really reaching for things to mention, though. The location is great, although because it’s so central buses are crowded and cabs are liable to get stuck in traffic - you’re best off taking the tube, which is a short walk. All in all I had a fantastic time here, and I would happily stay again. Nearby activities: Really centrally located for restaurants and theatres. Noteworthy details: The balconies are an absolute delight in summer.
Excellent location close to the theatre district, hugh comfy rooms and beds, upgraded for free on reception, Maurie looked after us very well. Great cocktails in the bar. Room service breakfast lovely, baggage hold if required Food & drinks: Great Cocktails and breakfast menu
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Apex Temple Hotel. The front desk staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. I wish I could remember the name of the On Duty Manager and the brown haired woman who greeted us when my family and I arrived half alive and dragging barely able to think. They were quick to get us checked in and took our bags upstairs while we ate in the restaurant . The staff in the restaurant is wonderful especially two women: Sam and a blonde women with glasses. Both were always friendly and patient with our large group! The hotel is clean and updated. Located with the financial district or City of London to its right and Westminster to the left after you walk onto Fleet Street. It made walking to see sights easy. You will need to walk but I assume anyone who is seeing London knows you are going to be walking. I felt the neighborhood was safe to walk in the evening. Our room was perfect. Had a comfortable bed, good pillows. The bathroom had a towel warmer and I was in heaven ! They cleaned daily. You have free water and snacks. I would recommend this hotel too and I would definitely stay there on a return trip based off of its cleanliness, the extremely friendly staff, the room and location. Thank you to the staff for making our stay a good one.
Great Location, close to everything! You are literally in the middle of everything you would want to see in London, with easy access to Underground / Taxi / Uber Boat / Buses / walking to get anywhere you would want. Hotel is nice with a cold bar breakfast included with the Club lounge access and you can upgrade to a hot meal for only 6 pounds. Club lounge is small, but nice to grab a drink or snack throughout the day. We upgraded our room and it was nice to have some extra space for 8 days. Comfortable and clean rooms, common spaces. AC is a little weak. Definitely recommend!!!
Staying here was a nice experience. it's in a great central location, but also the service was friendly and helpful with our trip. the room was spacious enough and very clean. breakfast is not included but it is quite good, not the typical low quality hotel buffet breakfast. It's actually a sit down place, I recommend the pancakes.Rooms: 5/5
