Incredible location and comfortable room. The restaurant is also really good too. Room was a little smaller than expected but not bad for 2 people. Visited in October the room was quite cold as the heater didn’t work luckily the staff were able to bring a small space heater and an extra couple blankets. Based on the room itself, staff, location, and cleanliness of the hotel I would stay here again Walkability: Close to St. Paul cathedral and great restaurants near by easy access to subway
Stayed here for 3 nights on my first ever visit to London, and it was stunning! The hotel has refurbished vintage aesthetics with a modern twist. Rooms were clean and comfortable - the view of St Paul's Cathedral with the full moon was just the cherry on top of our stay. Great accessibility to several train lines within a 5min walk. Will definitely stay again!! Rooms: Pristine and comfortable - we were well rested every night! Safety: Very safe - no concerns at all. Walkability: Excellent connections to several train lines and bus stops at the foot of the hotel.
I had an amazing experience at the Counter at Club Quarters St. Paul's! The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Delia, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations that really enhanced our meal. Delia’s warm personality truly made the evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!
I had a fantastic time at the Counter at Club Quarters St. Paul’s! The ambiance was perfect, and the food exceeded my expectations. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. Delia, in particular, made our experience truly memorable. She was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area—Delia and the team will take great care of you!

Pretty little boutique hotel in such a convenient and perfect location. The famous St. Paul’s Cathedral is a 30 second walk away. There are so many restaurants and pubs within a close walking distance which makes it convenient for meals and drinks. Check in process is interesting as you self check and also make your own room key. They serve coffee, pastries, and other drinks at the counter and there’s a lounge past the lobby area. A couple of interesting things I discovered is that they have a closet on each floor to help yourself with items such as toothbrush, mouthwash, sewing kits, shaving kit and a few other things. There’s also a water filling station with empty water bottles near the elevator on each floor. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Can not fault the staff at this hotel. Clean room, excellent location and Dan was absolutely brilliant making sure our food allergies were taken into account - also to Pani the best barista always with a smile. All staff were welcoming and professional.Rooms: 4/5
The accommodation is decent, it is very well located, and the value for money is correct. The staff is professional, especially Delia, who is very helpful and cheerful, and who, even on one of my worse days, made me feel pleasant and respected. In my future business trips to London, I will definitely look for this hotel for accommodation.
I will start with the good. This hotel has the perfect location for those wanting to explore London. It's close to food markets, train stations, and the beautiful St. Paul's Cathedral. Check in and check out is fast and easy and the staff is present to help you with it if needed. Our room seemed smaller than what the photos show, but it was still decent for 2 people. This hotel is perfect for those who will spend the majority of their time outside the hotel. Now the bad, the air conditioner did not work in our room nor the laundry room. It was an uncomfortable experience for us during the hottest days of the year in the UK. The lifts tended to be crowded and unreliable, too. There needs to be an alternative option other than an emergency exit. The worst part was when the water was shut off for many hours with no notice. It nearly made us late for our reservations that day. No apology was offered when we contacted the front desk because they "didn't know about it either." That interaction changed my 3-star review into a 2-star. Tl;dr: Great central location for a good price, don't expect the best hotel quality.
Recently renovated hotel - wonderful room. Spacious, clean and equipped with a nespresso machine. Water available on each floor - in reusable bottles. Nice add-on. The breakfast room should be renovated and possible improvements would be some windows light and ventilation but the breakfast was good.
