House keepers need to keep communal area tidy also of dust in lift floor and corridors near reception. Rooms were good size. Shower unit needs an inspection as it leaks from shower door onto bathroom floor and hand held shower pipe had split in it which made it not useable. Hotel is located good location close to bars and restaurants and attractions . Front of house team seemed to be huddled up talk to each other instead of being spread out and greeting guests in and out. Overall worth visiting this hotel again due to its lovely spa and swimming pool.
Very nice hotel, a short walk from St Pauls cathedral and Blackfriars station, so perfect location. The rooms were very clean and the chocolates and other amenities provided were much appreciated. The only issue we found was that the shower cubicle does flood the floor a little bit. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.
Came here for an overnight stay so we could explore London without having to commute back home. We got the room with breakfast included and I recommend this if you don’t know the capital too well. Check in is at 3pm but they looked after our bags before this, enhancing our day so much. Travelling up the glass elevator to the room was a pleasant experience and the room itself was nice, spacious and clean. Room service and mini bar facilities are available. They have a bar at the ground floor which is a nice quiet place to relax after a day of tourism or work 2 photos are of the bar area looking up. The staff were helpful and polite and really run a tight ship thank you. I would consider returning - excellent ***** Rooms: Clean, spacious and well equipped. Walkability: You are just around the corner from St. Paul’s and Blackfriars underground station. The whole of London is easily accessible from here! Food & drinks: Breakfast packages for your stay are available to book
I really enjoyed using the facilities at the Leonardo Hotel in London. The location is amazing, with stunning views overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral. The conference facilities were excellent, especially the brilliant boardroom on the first floor, perfect for a group of 20. The person looking after us was exceptional, and the bar area was a great spot for drinks afterwards. The only slight hiccup was the complexity of having to sign multiple contracts for a simple room booking. However, once that was sorted, our experience on the day was exceptional. Highly recommend this venue for any event users!
Hostess man on the check in was rude. Cleaning- they didn’t wash glasses normally even once. Not the table. Location is perfect. Rooms big enough and bed is comfortable. Elevators were always overloaded. Needed to wait 5-10 minutes to get down. View-to the wall‍
Excellent hotel next to St Paul's Cathedral, close to tube. Staff at all levels are professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bar area and executive lounge are an oasis of calm. Overall, it's great hotel in a great locationRooms: 5/5
An amazing modern hotel with wonderful views across the road from St Paul’s Cathedral. The reception staff were great and offered access to the Executive Lounge as our room wasn’t quite ready. The lounge offered alcoholic drinks and snacks during the day. The room wasn’t ready as the hotel staff were decorating the room for my wife’s 50th birthday. The room had carefully placed petals for decoration, a birthday message on the mirror, wine and some sweet and savoury snacks. A wonderful surprise. Our room was an executive room and along two sides were floor to ceiling windows, overlooking St Paul’s. Our booking had massages included that were amazing and some of the best we have had. I recently had shoulder surgery and was apprehensive having a massage. My masseuse Kehinde put me to ease and her experience ensured minimal pressure and no pain following. My wife would also like to highlight Anna,as she to did a perfect job. Or meal was nice in the main restaurant and this was followed by a drink at the roof top bar Sabine. The staff reserved a corner spot overlooking St Paul’s, with an electric heater and blankets, s as it was rather fresh. Breakfast is a must. The selection was amazing. This was a perfect stay and I would recommend Leonardo as a hotel chain and especially This one at St Paul’s. Rooms: The modern rooms were spacious and had all amenities you would require. Nearby activities: St Paul’s, Millennium Bridge, Borough Market are all within a slow 20 minute walk. Safety: With concierge at the entrance and a doorman the hotel felt very secure. Walkability: Ideal location and 5 mins from the nearest tube station St Paul’s. Food & drinks: Great food and drink selection
My favourite hotel in London. Amazing location, awesome rooftop. Affordable and nice food and bar, you don't even need to leave the hotel. Great spa facilities.Rooms: 5/5
Wonderful stay. The rooms were lovely, well kept and clean. The spa was a nice escape from the busy and bustling London outside. The location is great, right near all the necessary ammenties, tube stops, bus stops, shops and restaurants. I also cannot recommend enough the restaurang here, we had a lovely dinner! It was quiet in the restaurant and the atmosphere and decor was very pleasant! Recommend this hotel 100%
Very nice hotel, nice glass of prosecco on arrival. Lovely roof top bar. We had a suite and you could see the top of St Paul's from the bed in the morning.Rooms: 5/5
