Fabulous hotel right in the middle of London. Very cool atmosphere, with attentive staff and modern amenities. The concierge desk was always staffed with attentive and helpful professionals - Mr. Gladstone was particularly engaging with my young son - in fact, my son left him a goodbye note upon our departure. Alexandra in the housekeeping staff was also exceptional. Overall, we had a great stay at the ME London.
New favorite hotel- ME London! My family and I stayed here, and had the most memorable experience with the best service. All the staff members were super friendly, polite, and quick to attend to all my family’s needs. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne and a tour of the amenities available to us. After late nights walking around London, there is late night room service available for guests’ convenience and the food is delicious. The front desk staff helped schedule taxis, answered questions about the area, and helped us with our bags during our arrival and departure from the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was included for us, and Francesca who served us almost everyday, was always so attentive and kind. In addition, the hotel is incredibly clean and well decorated. Our rooms were cleaned several times throughout the day, and we were so impressed with how the rooms were re-cleaned every time we came back to it. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around and sight seeing; lots of nearby restaurants, pubs, major sights, and access to public transportation. Everyone in my family was sad to leave, we absolutely loved our stay here and can not thank the staff enough!
So Iv stayed at the ME in covenant garden several times with no problems I booked a room Sunday night ,room smelt damp but I didn’t complain as I was only there for one night and it was my birthday so when I check out and pay my bill a couple of hours later I get notification they’ve taken £125 from my card a few hours later they’ve tried to take another £65 which was declined. I’ve had no contact with the hotel and they’ve not explained or had the courtesy to contact me tell me why they’ve taken this additional money, I won’t be staying at this hotel again Rooms: Smelt damp
This hotel and most importantly, the employees of this hotel, are absolutely the smartest, nicest, courteous and friendly professionals I have ever encountered. The room is very clean and comfortable. The bath products are very good. Location is primo for anywhere, anything you wanna do in London. Costco certainly did not Lead me wrong on this trip! I'm gonna have to give 6 stars and highly recommend.
Honestly ever since I stepped into the hotel, I met Max, he was gracious and welcoming and set the tone for a wonderful stay. At reception, Vanessa proved that this is the culture at this wonderful hotel. She made sure my room was ready even before check-in time and was extremely pleasant and professional and thoughtful. She’s making sure I have everything I want and that I have a good birthday and stay here. This hotel has energy that is lacking in most other hotels. They are happy and want you to be happy, and they did make me happy! What a wonderful experience I am having so far thank you vanessa, max, and everyone!! You are rare and wonderful

Very modern and beautiful hotel—the suite was spacious and had all the best amenities and beyond. Such a great location central to many sites and good eats. I would give it 4.5 stars because the hallways were absurdly dark and the automatic scent spray in every corner was over the top. I wish we were warned about the weekly fire alarm that directs guests to exit the building that woke my child up in tears! Neither the front desk was reachable nor did anyone call us to say it was just a drill.
I stayed here with my teenage son during a short trip to London. We ended up being very sorry to leave the hotel and wishing we had a little more time to indulge in being pampered and spoilt... We went in not expecting much besides nice design and the usual superficial service you get in big city hotels during a busy period of travel. Well, we were so wrong... The luggage was taken of us immediately and we were greeted with a glass of champagne at the reception. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable, everything we needed was available or made available to us. There even was a small clothes steamer and a hair straightener in the room. Dyson hairdryer as well. Coffee and tea. Decent shower and bath products as well. We asked for an iron to be brought to the room so we can iron a shirt and ended up having someone actually pick up the shirt and iron it for us. Breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was incredible. What a beautiful way to start the day. What I found amazing was how quiet the room was. I am very sensitive to noise and I have to say I didn't hear anything from outside of the hotel or any neighbours and this is a first for me. The entire team was going out of their way to help us have a beautiful experience and we really did. They helped us get taxis and plan a trip outside of London. Long story short, we loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again when we are back to London!
They start by offering a shot of gin and glass of champagne at checkin. Ok. Kinda odd but whatever. Room service was awful. Coffee cold. Croissant stale. No spoon for the yogurt. 40 min wait. Bathroom layout offered no privacy. Phone didn't work. Got sick and attempted to get another night but registration desk unable to give an answer about availability- needed to check with central reservations. Two hours later we punted and moved to The Taj.
Me and my husband are both very fussy when it comes to the hotels we stay in. We go for weekends away every couple of months and have stayed in many hotels. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. From the minute we stepped in to the minute we left everything impeccable. Stunning rooms, delicious food, excellent and very professional staff. We were looked after by Luca and Tawii who were so kind, helpful and really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was flawless. Thank you so much we we’ll be returning soon!
