The rooms and staff were nice, but the location has you far from the city center. The #10 bus route comes right to the hotel and there is a grocery store a block away. Included a pic of the #10 route as this was the most convenient/primary service we used during our stay.

Perfectly good for what we needed. The hotel was great and very quiet. Our room was the furthest one away from the entrance.

Convenient clean and comfortable really good value place to stay. Staff friendly and helpfull and I would stay again. Only criticism is the brewers fayre next door...not good.

Stayed here on my first ever trip up to Edinburgh. My friend has been to Edinburgh many times before but as he had never stayed here I decided that we should. Excellent location right on the waterfront. Little harbour adjacent as well. Bus stop literally over the road served frequently daily. The staff were friendly and offered us a lot of information and advice on places to go for a drink at night as we weren't sure where te best places were. Plus its slighy cheaper than Premier Inns in closer to the city but certainly not less accessible.

Hotel good. Very clean and rooms nice and cool. Breakfast good and breakfast staff helpful and friendly. However... We went in the Brewers fayre on our first evening there and left quickly as the staff were abrupt, rude and so unhelpful.
