We stayed for a night for our anniversary and it was lovely. The room was clean and had lovely modern decor. The restaurant offered variety of tasty meals and bar had nice atmosphere with live music. We also used the pool which was very clean and relaxing. Would definitely visit again. Only drawback was that it was so far out from anywhere so nowhere else to go at night apart from in the hotel

Hotel location is good, very accessible and boasts a large free car park. The staff are friendly and there are plenty of facilities at the resort including a spa, gym, restaurant. The room decor is quite contemporary but feels cheap and tired in places. The housekeeping could be better and the bathroom needs a refurbish. The bed and mattress are acceptable but like the pillows aren't exactly the comfiest. I don't think I got any sleep last night. The gym and changing facilities are really clean and very well equipped with all the usual machines and sauna swimming pool and steam room. The sauna was at 65 degrees and virtually felt off, however the same cannot be said for the jacuzzi and the steam room as they were absolutely baking! Breakfast. Forget about breakfast it's disappointing. Very limited menu. No hash browns or beans and the quality of the food is questionable. Overall 3* stay for me.

Decent location with plenty of parking. Bus stop just outside the entrance, takes about 20/25 minutes to get into the city centre. Check in was simple and quick and you can leave the key card in the room when checking out. Only issue is that check in is at 3pm, quite late in the day although I understand its not easy getting all the rooms cleaned. Breakfast was fine, self service and plenty of food.

Stayed here whilst visiting Edinburgh. Very comfy bed. Was only £35 a night. Has swimming pool facility and own restaurant area. Not bad location to explore Edinburgh. Would stay again.

The Village has a bit of everything for me. I usually go to the gym and pool. Changing facilities are lovely, the pool is great, hot tub is very hot. Gym is quiet and well kept, good variety of equipment. Also a Starbucks work great variety of seating for different groups and purposes (no reward points here, though) and a bar with bar snacks as well as sit down restaurant. £10 all you can eat breakfast, Sunday carvery, a bit of everything. Never been in the rooms as I'm local. Oh, and loads of free parking, you never see the like in Edinburgh.
