A nice hotel in an ok location. About 50 minutes walk into the city, it is within an easy walk to the Britannia exhibition and tour. The staff were pleasant and we ate there both nights. Food was good in the restaurant but cold when we got room service. We had a third floor, two roomed suite overlooking the city, and were woken early each morning by work in the factory opposite. The windows did not have any soundproofing. In every other respect, the room was lovely.

A bit out of the way, but very modern and well priced. We had the mix it up offer which was one night for 2, plus 3 courses and 2 cocktails which worked out at excellent value. The food was nice, but not quite as amazing or stylish as the portions or layout would have you believe.

Plush hotel in Leigh. Great WiFi but no air con for those rare hot nights in Scotland. I opened the window but then could not close it. Being late I did not report to reception as I needed sleep. A noisy night. I could hear other rooms plumbing and the lift. Worrying I saw exposed electrics in the bathroom and wardrobe. No mattress protectors consequently i found a stained mattress after moving a single sheet. I have seen better at Premier Inns. My single occupancy room was £155. Reception told me breakfast was an additional £15.95. Breakfast was very average.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was just amazing. Cooked breakfast took long to serve though after ordering.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and if anything is wrong in your room they will sort it for you. Had a damaged socket that I reported at night, by next day lunch time it was fixed. Restaurant in hotel is amazing, nice menu.
