The hotel was lovely and clean, your staff were amazing.nMy only grumble was the lack of staff trying to cover reception, serve food and man the bar. The gentleman and lady that were working done a fabulous job on a busy night between just the two of them,but would have been nice for them to have an extra pair of hands.nnWe had a nice meal here, great value and the food was cooked well and served hot. Breakfast was also a very good standard and value.

Cosy, hassle free stay. Friendly and helpful staff made this stay feel more than just a standard chain hotel visit. We had some confusion with our booking our fault and staff were very easy going about fixing it for us. Our room was cosy and clean as expected, with a cot for our baby which she loved. The downstairs lobby was decorated wonderfully with all the Christmas decorations. The location was perfect for ease of access to both the station and town centre and right next to the park.

Great location. New hotel so still very clean and tidy.nStaff were, as usual at Premier Inn, very friendly. Rooms up to their usual standards.nIf you like Premier Inn you’ll like this one.nIt’s a perfect position for the town and also the Charter Hall venue. Castle park is just across the road, which is well worth a walk round.nThe restaurant is nice and spacious. It’s standard Premier Inn fare so you know so what to expect.nAll in all a very nice hotel, we would and probably will stay again.

It’s a Premier so same as most of the others that are ok.nRoom was clean and bed comfortable.nBreakfast was good, staff service was good, location was ok only a short walk to town for food.nFood wise and drink wise, try the ‘Three Wise Monkeys’ whilst we didn’t eat here the food we watched come out to people looked great, great selection of beer too especially on tap.

Lovely room although unable to open window. Paid extra a premium room to get a walk in rainfall shower. Did not get that. Had to pay extra for parking. Room was exceptionally hot. Just a overall disappointment!
