I would like to say thank you to the staff in the blood test area. I had my blood sample taken today and it was very good experience. Very smooth check in, referral printing and the nurse was fantastic! It was practically painless and very quick. Also very helpful security guard next to reception desk. 5/5 experience. Thank you!
I had the privilege of completing my spoke placement as a student nurse at the Wood Green Community Diagnostic Centre CDC , and my experience there was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable, thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere fostered by the entire team. The technicians and assistants were always ready to explain procedures, share their expertise, and guide me through every step, making sure I felt supported and included. It was a very healthy environment to work in, especially in the CT and MRI department.nnThe centre itself is impeccably clean and well-organized, which not only ensures a smooth workflow but also creates a positive and professional environment for both staff and patients. The patients I observed were consistently happy with the care they received, and it was clear that the staff’s dedication to delivering excellent service played a big role in that. Everything ran seamlessly, thanks to the strong teamwork, state of the art equipments, and efficient management that make this diagnostic centre an outstanding place for both learning and patient care.nnOverall, I couldn’t have asked for a better placement experience. Wood Green Community Diagnostic Centre radiates professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality healthcare.nKeep up the good work
Mary, the technician in the ophthalmology department was an absolute angel today. Her manner, smile and kindness made the whole experience enjoyable if such appointments could ever be! She was profusely understanding when I went to the wrong hospital and arrived at her clinic 30mins late. Allowed me to collect my frazzled self before beginning the gauntlet of tests. Was extremely polite the whole hour I was being tested. I just HAD to give the positive feedback and hope management pays close attention because such a lovely technician is rare. And also the feedback QR code at reception took me to a staff feedback form which wasn’t suitable for the public. All in all I’m glad I attended such a lovely clinic. Thank you so much Mary!
Came for a round of blood tests. Very good, albeit not perfect service. Check-in very easy. Perhaps a 15min delay compared to scheduled appointment time, which is frankly, very very good.nnSlight mixup with not being given the needed forms meant I was called into the test room twice, but this was quickly resolved.nnThe phlebotomist was very professional, and admirably efficient; took the blood in under 2 minutes, and was so skilled at removing the needle, I barely felt a thing.
I took my Mum here for the first time this morning and the Centre was clean, spacious and very welcoming. The staff were really friendly andattentive, and we were acknowledged and greeted on arrival.nnWe waited approximately 10 minutes, before my Mum was seen. The Xray staff were great and swift.nnThe staff were overall amazing, from the cleaning team, reception and medical staff.nThank you for making my Mum's first visit as smooth as possible.
