I went there for a blood test, but I arrived late because I forgot the paperwork at home. Despite that, they were very kind and waited for me. I didn’t even have to wait a minute once I arrived. When I went in for the blood test, I felt faint at the sight of blood and almost passed out. However, my nurse, Soc, handled the situation perfectly. She helped me recover quickly and was incredibly kind throughout the process. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
I had a wonderful experience getting my blood tests done. The process was quick and efficient, starting with how easy it was to book an appointment. The staff were polite and welcoming. The person who drew my blood was incredibly skilled—so quick and gentle that I didn’t feel a thing! Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience.
I would like to say thank you to the staff in the blood test area. I had my blood sample taken today and it was very good experience. Very smooth check in, referral printing and the nurse was fantastic! It was practically painless and very quick. Also very helpful security guard next to reception desk. 5/5 experience. Thank you!
Came for a round of blood tests. Very good, albeit not perfect service. Check-in very easy. Perhaps a 15min delay compared to scheduled appointment time, which is frankly, very very good.nnSlight mixup with not being given the needed forms meant I was called into the test room twice, but this was quickly resolved.nnThe phlebotomist was very professional, and admirably efficient; took the blood in under 2 minutes, and was so skilled at removing the needle, I barely felt a thing.
I had the privilege of completing my spoke placement as a student nurse at the Wood Green Community Diagnostic Centre CDC , and my experience there was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable, thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere fostered by the entire team. The technicians and assistants were always ready to explain procedures, share their expertise, and guide me through every step, making sure I felt supported and included. It was a very healthy environment to work in, especially in the CT and MRI department.nnThe centre itself is impeccably clean and well-organized, which not only ensures a smooth workflow but also creates a positive and professional environment for both staff and patients. The patients I observed were consistently happy with the care they received, and it was clear that the staff’s dedication to delivering excellent service played a big role in that. Everything ran seamlessly, thanks to the strong teamwork, state of the art equipments, and efficient management that make this diagnostic centre an outstanding place for both learning and patient care.nnOverall, I couldn’t have asked for a better placement experience. Wood Green Community Diagnostic Centre radiates professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality healthcare.nKeep up the good work
