I can say with absolute conviction that I wouldn’t have secured my new home without his help and expertise, so I’ll forever be grateful for all that he’s done to get us to exchange. It wasn’t always plain sailing which is the true test for a competent estate agent in my opinion but Adam handled it with compassion and a human touch that is so incredibly invaluable when it comes to property. As someone with a neurological disability, I also felt that Adam really took the time to treat me with respect and adapt his approach to be inclusive to my needs, explaining and reassuring me throughout the process. Best agents in Bristol! My flat was recently marketed and sold by Oceans Estate Agents, specifically the Filton Branch in Bristol which is being led and managed by Adam Byrom. I was very impressed with Adam’s knowledge of the local market and his clear concise and direct strategy about how to market my property, it was this and how he came prepared to our first meeting at the property that swayed me to switch from another large estate agent competitor to his team. Throughout the process from marketing the flat and taking pictures, feedback on viewings and going above and beyond what I would perceive as what would be the responsibilities of an estate agent and chasing all parties involved for a smooth sale and buying process. I have never once felt anxious or uncertain in the selling process and Adam has always ensured that I’ve have been kept in the loop with updates which has been timely and relevant. I cannot rate Adam and his team more; they have been absolute stars and I would certainly recommend them going forward!

We had a lot of pressures on our sale and purchase for why we needed it to run as quickly as possible and the on going support and service from Ocean Filton helped us achieve this. Rarely do I post reviews but I felt on this occasion it was warranted. Adam, Tom, Kelly solicitor & team were outstanding throughout the whole selling process. There were bumps in the road like a first buyer pulling out due to price negotiation and Adam and team were never deterred and supported me. They’ll know I have high expectations of service and they delivered and also were tenacious in getting things over the line. Kelly is also the nicest solicitor I’ve met and her calming manner is what you need with a stressful move. Lastly Adam is local, he lives in Filton and is passionate about the community and this showed through. I wish Adam Tom and team all the best and thank them for a professional and patient job done! This has been my first experience of property selling! From my initial meeting with Adam for probate valuation, right through to the successful house sale, he has been amazing: - professional, empathetic, supportive, reassuring and patient! Adam and the Team at Ocean have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. While I originally chose them on the strength of local knowledge and quality of listings, I’ve come to realise that the real value is after the sale is agreed. I've just recently completed on a house as a FTB'er sold by the Filton office and I have to say I wasn't expecting such a smooth experience! Far from the horror stories you hear online of other estate agents they were incredibly accommodating, putting up with numerous viewings after offering, and just generally very helpful.
