Taylors in Filton handled the sale of my deceased Aunts house. I am not easily pleased and if I could find fault in something I will. Let me tell you I could find no fault with the team in Filton and found them very helpful. Throughout the process went very smoothly. I chose Taylors after three valuations and though they did not give the highest valuation, all things considered, I felt they were most realistic , honest, straightforward and also the most passionate about the property (the original features and vision for future development). They were not pushy in any way either. When viewings started they gave regular updates and good advice on accepting offers. I didn't much care for the attitude of one of the other local Estate agents who (very unprofessionally in my view) tried to put me off of Taylors, even speaking personally about the one of the staff and how they might operate!! - didn't work! Thank you, James, Rebecca , Lee and the team for providing a smooth sale.

Awful. Non existent service. As a landlord you pay for management fees but all Taylors have done is give out my personal email and phone number to the tenant so they don't have to do anything. Complete waste of money. Won't be renewing.

Awful experience, very inflexible, short with clients, and rude. Do not use them under any circumstances.
