I've been using The Letting Game for around 10 years now and can give them nothing but praise for their services. Contact has always been quick and if any problems were needed to be resolved at the property, they were done so with ease. I appreciate when people take pride in their work and everyone I've dealt with have gone above and beyond.

I have been using the letting game for many years. As a landlord jack and the team have produced outstanding results and cover all bases. I fully appreciate what they do and also their advice and knowledge in this sector is totally up to date. I recommend them to any landlord as they have served my purposes well.

As first-time landlords we felt really looked after by Jack and the team at The Letting Game. All staff were knowledgeable, polite and always happy to help. The team found us great tenants who looked after the house throughout the two-year tenancy. We would most certainly recommend The Letting Game to others.

The Letting Game has managed my portfolio for many years now and they do a fabulous job, always prepared to go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. Everything is managed out of the same office, which is very convenient for landlords with properties spread out across Bristol, and makes for brilliant interdepartmental liaison. Definitely a cut above the high street estate agencies for whom lettings and management are just an add-on.

Really disappointed that we were told nothing by both the Letting game and our landlord about the construction works that would be taking part on the top floor of our building. Had to ask the builders what was going on and, after asking our landlord about it, were told the construction would be finished by November and then end of February and then the middle of March and so on... as of now the construction is still ongoing and the scaffolding is still up as it has been since November. We’ve had no access to our outdoor balcony which was a major factor in us taking the property. When contacting the letting game about it earlier this year they said they had no idea about said construction to which our landlord said that they’d been discussing the works with the letting game for the last few years. As tenants we feel uninformed and misled to everything that’s been going on and will be exploring legal advice regarding the situation. The name letting game is very fitting considering we feel like we’ve been played all year.
