AVOID!!! I would put a zero on this but unfortunately I can’t. Extremely rude. Terrible customer service. No communication. Waiting outside a property to rent in Easton but they didn’t turn up. Said they didn’t receive our email to confirm the booking even though it was confirmed on the phone the day before. Everyone in the team we spoke to were rude. I’m not surprised why the housing crisis is so awful with people like this! Don’t deal with these people or give them any of your time or money. AVOID!!!
