I really can’t recommend Elephant highly enough. Every part of the process has been fantastic. We were dreading selling our flat because it can be a long and stressful process but Elephant made it straight forward and quick and charged a fair rate. The photos and floor plan were done to an extremely high standard compared with other agents. Big thank you to Alec, Sam and especially Stefan for all their hard work.

From the enthusiasm in selling my home to the sheer tenacity and creative problem solving in keeping the chain together in a protracted process, elephant exceeded all my expectations. More like friends than estate agents (Can I say that?), they are there for you when you need them most. When buying and selling, the agreed sale is just the start of a tricky business. Superb!

What an AMAZING service! Purchased a property through Elephant and can say it was an absolute pleasure. Katy and all of the team are such a professional and friendly bunch made the entire process a joy! Highly recommend this estate agency!

I've just sold my flat with Elephant. They were a joy to work with; all of the agents were super friendly and always there to help. Selling a flat can be a painful process, but Alec was there to hold my hand every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I have just completed on our first home and we cannot fault Elephant at all! They were simply superb from start to finish and made the whole process as easy as it could be when others let us down. Alec Jupp was superb, professional and could not do more to help us from our first viewing to actually getting the keys! We will definitely be recommending then to friends and family and when the time comes for us to buy our next home we will go to them first! A great company who deserve all the praise that I have! Thank you!
