I have recieved some bad customer service from the team at Kendall Harper involving a rude staff member and miscommunications about the management of the property I rent. However, the manager has since called me, and was very polite apologising for this circumstance, which was highly appreciated.

The best landlord experience in Bristol I have had in over 10 years. Geoff, Kate & Tom are really professional, pragmatic and super helpful to both landlord & tenant. And their rates are very competitive. Do not worry that they are small compared to others, this is their strength and they are very knowledgeable. Also, I like the fact that staff seem to stick around so you dont have lots of different people to deal with. Go on give them a go you wont regret it.

As an experienced landlord I have used Kendall Harper to sell and also let my properties over many years. There are many agents on Gloucester Road to choose from but for me there is no other agent but Kendall Harper. One of the main reasons I chose them is their staff. They are professional, experienced and always go that extra mile. Geoff, Kate and Tom in lettings are exemplary and Dhani and the team in sales are absolutely first class. Thank you guys for repeatedly being the best.

I have used Kendall Harper twice to sell my home. They have been excellent in both occasions making for a smooth transition. They kept me up to date at all stages. They have a very friendly and personal service. I would highly recommend.

I rented a 2 bed property in Redland and I have to say I've found KH to be very professional, friendly and helpful - I highly recommend this company!
