Great service from start to finish, had been looking for a property for a while and being pretty fussy about what I was after but this didn’t bother them at all and they took the time to show me round properties and help me find what I was after. Regarding the aftercare I can only say how friendly and helpful Jules has been and nothing is ever to much to much trouble for her!!

STUDENTS boycott them! I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible agents! They treated us terribly and didn't show any care for us as tenants. It took several attempts for us to hear back from them. So rude when I went into the actual branch and treated me like I was common dirt! Not impressed and will never use them again!

This letting agent are unprofessional and are prepared to break the law for business. They attempted to enter my rented property without providing me with 24hour notice as per our legal agreement. I wasn't supposed to be home, but due to unforeseen circumstances was at home - this begs the question, how many times have they viewed my property without notifying me?

They don't even deserve one star. They are the worst estate agents I have met. They think because you're young you're stupid and they can walk all over you. Our house is infested with flies and rats and we are clean young people who take pride in our house. They have been rude, unhelpful and want to fully blame us and make us feel stupid and incompetent. They have no sympathy what so ever and don't treat you like you're even human. I would stay far away from renting with this company.

The Property Outlet has been my preferred letting agent for ages and I highly recommended them.  Due to a change in my personnel circumstances I decided to sell my property.  Naturally I decided to use The Property Outlet due to the excellent service they had historically provided while letting my property.  I made the right choice, from start to finish I was kept informed, and they went the extra mile to ensure everything just happened seamlessly.  My property was sold in record time for above the asking price, I couldn’t be happier.
