I thoroughly recommend cjHOLE Bishopston team 100%. The team provided us with a 5 star professional service throughout. They were always responsive to any queries and clearly communicated their expert advice in a thoughtful and friendly way. 
The whole team were positive, knowledgeable and professional especially Andy Musker and Emma Walker who were outstanding, always on the ball, caring, helpful and friendly. We have purchased 2 properties from CJ Hole Bishopston and have found the service to be very refreshing compared to the usual estate agent experience. 

The agent understood the type of property we were looking for and had local knowledge which was invaluable in helping us choose the right property. The Agent did not waste our time showing us properties unsuitable to our needs. When we submitted our offer we had confidence that this was relayed to the seller without prejudice.

Once we had an offer accepted there was no strong arm tactics to persuade us to use their financial services (also refreshing). We were kept regularly up to date with the progress of the purchase and even provided with advice for letting the property even though we had our own letting agent.

I look forward to working with this Estate Agency again, and that is not something you can say often when it comes to Estate Agents!! If our current letting agent retires (a close friend) we will not hesitate to transfer our properties to CJ Hole's letting department.

Laura Smith has been very attentive to my need for a good local letting agent ever since she first visited the property to assess it for rental. This has followed through with her co-ordinating her team which has resulted in promptly finding a tenant at the asking rent. Very well done and thank you. Tom Keeling

Fantastic team at CJ Hole Bishopston. Andy was our first point of contact and he did an amazing job to get the price we wanted for our mum's house sale and not only that, he was extremely sympathetic to mum's needs . Emma was our dedicated sales progressor and she was brilliant in keeping us up to date and calm ! It was a long process due to difficulties further down the chain and beyond our control but she liased with everyone and brought the sale to conclusion. The entire team were friendly. Thanks so much.

CJ Hole were great. They were highly professional in the selling of our house and Emma especially was supportive and encouraging in the lead up to our completion. She is a credit to the company. Would use again.
