Ordered my sofa took time off work for delivery, got a text saying an hour delay, then a phonecall saying wouldn't be delivered until the following week. Rang the shop and was told someone from customer service would call, 3 days later no call and no explanation of where my sofa is. Terrible customer service and I won't be returning
We’ve just had our new arrivals - thank you to Themi, for great, in-store advice, and helping out via email while we awaited our arrivals - which came precisely on time. We shall return for other purchases - why? Some stores struggle to find the probably thin line, between chasing you around the store OR you feeling ignored. Themi was more akin to a well trained, high end restaurant waiter - the sort that lets you enjoy you meal without interrupting, but appears when requested/your wine glass is empty. Sofas arrived with sensible packing, and appear well constructed easier to see flipped on its back, while finding motor plugs - you are unlikely to do that in store. Very pleased with a major home purchase, Themi - thank you.
Already own a few pieces of their furniture. Considering replacing a worn out sofa. Wide range available. Friendly and helpful staff.
My experience was extremely horrific, went in to take a look at the sofas for my daughters new apartment but was startled by a old worker with short grey hair laying on the sofas with her muddy shoes. She then came up to me and told me not to sit on any sofas. She also insulted me on my way out by making a weird muffled noise and pulling dirty looks as I have a speaking disability
Went here last night at Westwood guy in there the salesman reminded me of micky Flanagan and mick hucknel in one. He was very helpful and this is where we are gonna buy our sofa from bit on the expensive side and haven't had one from here so not able to really comment on quality but seems ok like all others time will tell on whether it was worth it
Was absolutely horrified and traumatised I couldn’t sleep after this , I walked in trying to buy a sofa which some lady with grey hair without glasses came up to me saying that I have to leave immediately threatening me to call the police I was absolutely petrified by this woman after she threatened I had tears rolling down my cheeks I almost had a panic attack and I couldn’t eat or drink after ,she absolutely insulted me saying I’m foreign and I shouldn’t be in England and she mocked my accent which made me burst to tears I left the store crying and I never am going to come back here ever again after my terrifying experience I hope the lady gets fired.
Lovely shop and staff. But I expected more from the furniture seemed to be lacking expectations on the door quality.
A decent range of items and if managing to find what you want on sale, the prices aren't too bad.
Staff in store were super helpful, but that’s where it ends. We paid over £4k for new bedroom furniture and paid premium delivery. On the delivery date I had arranged time off work. On the morning of delivery I had a txt message saying there would be a 4 hour delay on our delivery. Around midday I had another txt and an email giving me a link to schedule my delivery. I called the Westwood store and was told that the delivery had been cancelled with no explanation. He arranged for customer service to call me and arranged another delivery date. I was told the driver had called in sick. Had I known earlier, I could have gone back in to work. A complaint email was sent and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting a reply. I’m not going to hold my breath.
Service is good in showroom, you choose a delivery date, which is anywhere between 10 to 14 weeks depending on what you are ordering. 5 days before your delivery is due to come you get an e mail saying sorry can't deliver as your order is not ready. Absolutely disgusted with the service on delivering the goods. Quick to take your money, but not to deliver the goods.
