Love Waterstones for such a range of books, something for everyone whether it's fiction or non fiction your find it all here. Helpful for courses & hobbies. Rest room & coffee shop are within . Books are in their specific labelled area & easy to find. Helpful assistance if needed. Children also have a corner for which stories can be read. A relaxing & informative place to be!
With shopping online, kind of forget how handy looking round a bookshop is. Came out with different ideas and a different book than I had planned.
Medium sized Waterstones in Westwood Cross centre. Clean and well kept. Good selection of books and stationary. Books on two levels and toilet available and lift. Friendly and helpful staff in my experience. Cafe Nero available on first floor with extensive seating and great coffee. Staff at coffee shop friendly and efficient and can be busy at times. Have a great book browse and buy and enjoy the Coffee.
Good book shop and stands with little extras for gift ideas at reasonable prices too... cafe Nero upstairs is nice and clean with friendly staff... lovely food and drinks priced roughly at the usual cost... nice atmosphere, not too busy so you can sit and relax :-

This chain seemed to have survived the amazon kindle/ebook reader craze and now, like vynil records, people have returned to traditional books they are busy again. I hope so as this is a great shop for bookworms! the latest titles across all categories, well displayed with helpful and knowledgeable staff
