Bensons have some fantastic deals and we saved a lot of money getting the same thing we wanted and had looked at in another store. The member of staff that served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have never had a bad experience with Bensons yet! I believe the staff member that helped us was named Graham. Thank you very much
From entering the shop to having the bed delivered everything was fine. Lots of communication and updates and an email the week before to confirm the delivery date which helped in us passing on the old bed to a needy cause. Cannot fault. The salesman in the shop was extremely helpful and took a great deal of time explaining the different types of bed and encouraging my husband to try each one out and go back to ones he had already tried.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Kyle for his invaluable assistance in selecting my bed today 18/03/2024. His expertise and guidance were truly exceptional. Kyle's patient approach and deep understanding of the products instilled me with confidence in his recommendations. Unlike many salespeople, he prioritised my needs over making a sale, ensuring that I was well-informed and comfortable with my decision. As someone who typically approaches large purchases with skepticism, especially when lacking expertise, Kyle's professionalism and patience were greatly appreciated. A*** service!
Great service. Karen was professional didn’t push us into buying anything in a rush and advised us to keep taking our time as it isn’t often you buy a new bed or mattress. Overall great service
Popped in to Benson's yesterday. Greeted by a nice chap, helped us with our questions, then out comes this old chestnut " sale ends tomorrow and the price goes up". Oddly it wasn't on sale. Please stop using this tactic some of us didn't fall out of a banana tree. I would have given you 5 stars.
I have brought from Benson before and never been disappointed. They often have good deals on and the staff actually listen to what your looking for. Highly recommend this company in broadstairs
From time if order Bensons staff have been friendly, polite and have communicated throughout the process. I have to recommend based on exceptional customer service from all members of staff.
We were able to browse the shop freely without being pestered by a salesperson. The salesperson Karen that looked after us was lovely and very attentive. She took the time to make sure that we were 100% happy with our choices and couldn't do enough for us.
Our BfB experience overall has not been a great one and we would not recommend BfB to anyone. We were not given enough info at the showroom, about the size of products and checking if the product would fit. The pdf sent to ensure the product would fit was based solely on a straight staircase with no turns. This resulted in 2 failed deliveries. The staff at the BfB named Karen was unfriendly and not helpful at all when I spoke to her. The only redeeming feature was the helpfulness of the store staff to help resolve the situation. However this still resulted in us essentially losing money.
I want to say a Huge thanks to Glen and Kevin, the Customer service we received was above and beyond. I was go between for my Elderly Mother so when Kevin called I explained and he couldn't have been more accommodating, My Mother said how impressed she was when they delivered the mattress. Definite 10/10 for both Glen and Kevin. The service provided from In store purchase, 2 lovely ladies and to delivery from Glen and Kevin was very impressive.
