My mattress is not what I expected. I went for medium firmness but it is really soft and not great quality. Delivery guys were nice though.
Poor. I came here to buy a bed and a mattress. The staff were extremely rude and didn't seem to help me at all. Not to mention, the store clerk said that the cheapest double bed he had was £450?? I looked on the website and there are LOADS of cheaper options. Poor, poor, poor service.
3 mattress delivery's and still not the right mattress poor customer service in store and on the phone iv lost 3 days work waiting around for delivery men wish I had paid a little extra and gone to one of the bigger chain stores I would keep mattressman as a last resort to buy from never again
Placed an order for next day delivery day 2 NOTHING has arrived and head office have no recollection or communication between couriers ? GREAT SERVICE! GOOD ONE !
