Benjamin was extremely helpful, attentive and accommodating in relation to the purchase of a sofa and chair, without being at all pushy. He gave us time to browse and when we had made a decision provided a very good service in terms of sorting out price and delivery dates. When we came back a week later to purchase another item, he was again extremely helpful regarding delivery. We will certainly use Harveys at Westwood Cross again for further furniture purchases.
If I could put zero stars I would. I've had my sofa for 6 months and the cushions have collapsed. When I contacted insurance they don't cover it. Harvey's have given us the runaround for 5 weeks and now gone into administration leaving us to chase the administrative company. I wouldnt touch this company ever again
Me and my wife wanted to get a new sofa for our newly decorated lounge and chose Harvey’s in Broadstairs as our destination of choice. We are kindly greeted in store by maxi and shown round the many options and explained the various finance options available to us. We managed to find our sofa we had been looking for and felt we were treated in such a great way me and my wife felt it’s only right we nominate her for this high accolade. If you need advice or sofa refresh this is my number one store to choose. We paid in full and are looking forward to Christmas with new sofa . Thanks once again Maxi. She would make an amazing manager of this store if she isn’t already....
Went in looking for bedroom furniture for our daughters and found exactly what she wanted which was a surprise her being rather fussy. The staff member Kris who dealt with us was very helpful and managed to get us an extra discount as well.
Terrible service again, told by sales man furniture will arrive 4th April never showed up, hadn't be processed call store and customer service only offered £40 to reminbursh wages. No one is truly bothered about the fact I've now had to take another day off work. Wish I hadn't given then another chance after our first delivery mess up with our sofa, won't be going back there again, DFS over the road I will be using them from now on.
They don't even deserve one star! The sales woman shouted at my 2 year old daughter and actually made her cry. We were planning to purchase her whole room's furniture . Never again
Customer services absolutely diabolical... Brought and paid cash for suite.. Delivery date arranged and when I tried to call the store on the day to confirm I was fobbed off and told I would be called back... Never happened... Was on hold and cut off and even hung up on... Will never recommend to anyone.... The only saving grace is when the delivery van arrived the drivers couldn't be more helpful

Went in for a look, walked out with a 2 piece sofa! Really impressed with the knowledgable staff, and the fact that they didn't push in the slightest
Avoid this place, Customer service is very poor. Mucked up my order and then when confronted they didn't want to know. Don't waste your time nor money
