We went today 2nd August 2026 lunch time wasn't a good experience meal size is more like a starter size but with a main meal price they came on a plate the size of a side plate we also ordered iced flavoured coffee which was seriously lacking in flavour and ice my daughter said it was warm so I had to take it back to the lady who made it I also ordered a strawberry macha it looked good on there picture menu but was nothing like it when she made it,. Again I had to take it back to the same lady who was making the drinks she was like a robot and didn't apologise and just said shall I make you another one I said no just could you add the flavour that should be in it again hardly no flavour was added I could see the cartoon of strawberry syrup was nearly empty She used the last little bit to put in my matcha which still wasn't enough flavour so I guess they were skimping this is not good enough when you're paying nearly £5 for a drink we're not happy all three of us will not be back. Thiscwas at Westwood cross marks and Spencer!nIm posting a picture of the strawberry matcha from the menu and then a picture of the one I received in the glass which is mainly green with no strawberry in it also a picture of the side plate which are main meals came on.

Marks & Sparks have lost their way. I attended with my wife & mother what was I thinking?, both had, what as a man, I considered a fairly easy shopping list. My wife wanted a comfortable bra, My mum, the same plus some trousers. Both came away empty handed, moaning that the sizing is totally inconsistent, needing to go up 2 sizes in one thing never going to go down well, then finding in another item, they had to go down a size great news, only to find they don't have that size in stock but you can order it online If that's the case, why did I have to go through this  & whats the point of having these expensive shops?

Nice and clean, good quality food, all in date, no problem getting up and down the iles , nor much queuing at checkout’s. Polite staff

I booked for a bra fitting on Saturday just gone. I was met by Trudy and booked in for my appointment. My whole experience was fantastic, i was listened too as regards to what i wanted and the problems i was experiening with my bras. Trudy was able to pin point my problems straight away and advised how to to the correct and best fit. By the end of my appointment i walked away with 4 new bras and for the first time in years ive not wanted to rip my bra off as soon as i walked in the door. So much comfort and support from a correctly fitted bra, game changer thank you so much.

Lovely clothes and food. The aisle where cakes are on would be great if was slightly wider gap to go through with double buggy or wheelchair when shopping.nOveral friendly service staff attentive on self service and product availability giid in this store.
