I bought cherries 8/8/24 meant to be sweet and juicy, they were awful, no flavour and so cold, when they became room temperature they were over ripe, most were thrown away.nI bought a pineapple , which was overripe, due to being refrigerated, when room temperature it was rotten throughout. Had to be thrown away.nExtra large eggs bought, good shelf life 20/8/24 but they were not fresh. Whites ran all over the frying pan and when poached they disintegrated . After this experience I shall not be buying supposedly fresh food from M&S at WWX I did contact M&S but all I got was AI help extremely off putting. The prices they charge I expect to get good quality!! Not impressed!!!
You think that for a high end store they would make sure their toilets were clean . A number of times I have had to use the toilet and to find them a mess and once the toilet brush had been used and still had waste on it. The toilet seat was broken in the disabled toilet . when I told a staff member she looked down her nose at me and said it would be sorted out. But when I went back a week late the seat was still broken.
Looks like a bombs hit it. No tables free without dirty crockery. Had to move stuff myself to sit at an uncluttered table
The staff in this store are all really lovely and helpful. The store is super clean and always has organised products displayed!
