Lots of lovely decorations and foods for Christmas. Upstairs in nightwear it was xlrather over packed so difficult to find what you, wanted and too much to sort through. Why don't pj's have different length legs I'm so fed up with taking legs up also the arms. In the Food hall hardly anyone to ask for info although chap I did find was polite and efficient. Stuffed turkey crown and Christmas pud were delicious.
I have to confess I am very disappointed in my recent experience with the WWX customer service.nI am a personal trainer who working the immediate proximity of this branch so use this store for convenience and quality until now.nThis experience has left me very despondent and embarrassed. In my training diet I regularly use beef mince but my recent pack had 4 days left on the UB date of the 26th which when I went to prepare the product was clearly off with an unpleasant odour.nI approached the store showing my evidence and was approached by the manager Connor and was made to feel like a common criminal asking even in light of the photo evidence.nI wasn't after money just a replacement.nIf this is how you treat respectable personal trainers who tags their recipes and uses regularly ill be shocked if you keep your customer base, very disappointed is and understatement.
Older female staff always gather around chatting. I had the nerve to ask them a question and they looked at me as if I had two heads, the majority scattered and the one remaining gave me a complete useless non answer. Do better at training your staff M&S.

You think that for a high end store they would make sure their toilets were clean . A number of times I have had to use the toilet and to find them a mess and once the toilet brush had been used and still had waste on it. The toilet seat was broken in the disabled toilet . when I told a staff member she looked down her nose at me and said it would be sorted out. But when I went back a week late the seat was still broken.
