Have recently started using Tile Giant I have got to say how impressed I am with the products and service. AMAZING. More competitive than the nearby stores and really great advice inn on products they sell.
If you want great tiles at a fantastic price I'd strongly recommend.

Never anything but a first class service from the whole team at Tile Giant Broadstairs. As a professional tiler, I know that whatever I want. it's in stock or it's no problem to order to be added to the next delivery. 

The team are happy to help wherever they can. Thoroughly recommend.

I visited this store last week and can honestly say it's the most friendly of its kind that I've been to!
From the moment I arrived I felt at ease by the welcome and reassurance given by the staff. 
I was very nervous going out and about to try and find what I wanted and needed. The staff offer such a fountain of information and took the time to treat me like an individual. No pressure sales ! Thank you in particular to Jill. She really spent a long time with me going through all my options. I'm disabled and currently struggling with my bathroom as it is. She showed real insight and understanding into my lifestyle and through her own experiences she reassured my concerns and knew my restrictions day to day .I felt like she really cared about my safety and getting my choices right for me . I had a hundred questions but never felt like a nuisance.To be made to feel like your cared about when looking at homewares is so rare. I was even offered a cup of tea! Once I've made my final decision I wont hesitate coming back. Thank you all very much for your time and attention.

I came here with my mum to finish her new bathroom.Staff were very patient and helpful. The tiles she chose look great. Quality product at a good price. Can't go wrong! My mum managed to order easily with their help and within days they arrived!  Just a quick thanks to the young guy who helped loading the many many heavy boxes into my van.. I didn't catch his name but I think he had blonde hair!? (Sorry!) They were so heavy but we was to busy talking to notice too much! and thank you to the Assistant Manager for taking the time to explain to my mum and I the reciept's for our order. We made things so confusing but left unconfused! I'm sure I will be back for my own projects soon!

Well I started off with TOPP TILES as it was closer on my journey in my DIY adventure. its my first go at tiling and I needed some advice I received none I asked for some samples" just pick something you like" so I picked up a Booklet and was on my way no help there I happened to see TILE GIANT just next door and wow. Stuart was so helpful he spoke first hand to a tiler and told me the best way to approach my particular project. I needed marine plywood but found it to be to expensive at 70 quid a board. Stuart showed me no more ply which was only 10 quid per board I need 3 for my bath tub he  wrapped the boards for me. Let me call a taxi as I did not have my phone. Gave me a booklet on tiles and also showed me the ones which were more economical for my particular needs ten out of ten would use again every time.
