Excellent collection of gorgeous sofas and furniture, we bought a black lazy boy sofa and are very pleased it's stunning !professional and friendly staff from the shop floor to the delivery guys !they are there to help but not harass!five star service ,thankyou !
Went into our Broadstairs shop. Had a good look around before a pleasant young man came to offer his help. He was very polite, answered all our questions and made our decision much easier. There was no pushy selling and he thanked us for our order
Really disappointed with these we ordered a nice sofa delivery guy one of was rude and complete ignorant a hole. Sofa was damaged bad quality loose threads from the weaven stained feet made up of odd bits of wood and two different colours. One of the scatter cushions stained. They were to replace with the only other one we were interested in but messed us about no end to the point as from December to now March we have had it with them it's going back for good. We also ordered carpet for four rooms and that's been nothing but trouble and regret ordering that too. We should have stuck to the nice one we wanted from oakfurniture land. The guys in the store at thanet were great though.
Had been in previously to browse and decided on a sofa we liked. The salesman Aaron was very informative and helpful,no pushy sales talk. If there had of been I would have walked. Left the shop very satisfied. Broadstairs branch.
Myself and my wife visited SCS at westwood yesterday, the sales team did not harras us or rush us,we were going to check out other places,but friendly staff especially Arron was so helpful such a credit to the company, as well as the manager so grateful for the friendly manner we were served, if anyone looking for lounge furniture give SCS a go I feel sure the warm hospitality will make you not go anywhere else
Friendly, professional & very helpful staff. They answered all my questions, however daft! They explained everything in a simple manner. There was no pressure to buy. This was just the purchase stage. Let's hope the delivery lives up to the same expectations!
A really delightful experience, we were helped by Martin and Craig and purchased our lovely sofa bed with no pressure at all.
Fantastic customer service attentive to my request I believe the gentleman was called Aaron very helpful and very happy with my purchase
Staff were very helpful and knew their stuff. We were at no time put under any pressure
Excellent friendly in store service, and not pushy at all as you sometimes get in other furniture stores.
