This is my local McDonald's and I hadn't been here in a little while, stopped in yesterday evening and was shocked with the state of the place! I had never seen it like this, normally throughout the day it's pretty well managed but in the evening it's filthy and the staff are so grumpy it genuinely makes visiting in the evening extremely uncomfortable! Will come back during the daytime but definitely not again in the evening..

Ordered in person at a kiosk and it was super smooth. All the daily specials were listed and ordered a grilled chicken Caesar wrap with no sauce. The ordering process was quick from the kiosk but the machine did not print a receipt and the order number flashed on the screen so quickly as I was trying to see if the transaction took place from my mobile. But a lucky guess and just watching them pack orders I was able to get my order with no issues.nnFood: Solid and juicy grilled chicken wrapnService: Quick and efficientnCost: $nAtmosphere: They do need to clean up more after guests leave and empty trash bins.

It has been ongoing for a long time, it has pestered the very well thought out of concept of McDonald's in various places however I do not accept it when it is at my doorstep. Got given entirely wrong twice and instead of owning mistake blue buttons and unmarked police officers left unaware of what is going on when all that did not go on was delivering burgers smiles and adherence to what has been ordered. Out of respect for these people they will be given the opportunity to adhere, bring smiles and maintain good service one more time or else the CEO of fulham will make sure they go east where this behaviour is accepted. Not in in West London.nnIt would also be appreciated if you could deliver what is ordered without pestering law enforcement. And if you may, there will be no talking at all with customers just NEXT, how it works in Norway, Sweden, South Kensington, Earls Court etc...nnBut that is luxury enjoyed by people actually having pride in doing their job.nnIf you would like to work somewhere else i would appreciate the honesty and help you on your way to a happy life wife and mind.

Popped in for some quick food - 1 wrap meal and a pie. The food took 20 minutes and the restaurant didn’t even appear to be busy. The pie was also around 80 minutes past its time card. I used to work at a McDonald’s in Bristol and we wouldn’t dream of letting standards slide that low.

Tea was cold when I got mine. Music too loud. Maybe they just should not have music any as the building is not designed for audio sweetness. These days people have their own.
