One of the worst McDonald's branches I've ever seen, after half an hour of waiting, they gave me the wrong item and I had to wait again for the rest of my orders, finally after a long wait, they gave me a half-burnt and stinky hamburger, which unfortunately My daughter had ordered.nThis was a disastrous experience, don’t waste your time and money.
We go here regularly, they never manage to prepare our orders properly, my husband regularly has to drive us back because they keep making mistakes, like tonight they burned the food, we called them, a lady answered that it was impossible, to which my husband took the food back to show them, my little son couldn't eat the potatoes, it had such a bitter burnt taste, after we took the food back, the lady said she couldn't replace it because the rest were burnt, so we were right after all. There is enormous negligence going on here, we demand that there be a change as soon as possible! we want a normal service, after all, we pay for it.
Always double check your orders, there's always missing item &they don't register your rewards point at drive through.nnWhen you ask for a large cappuccino, you get a large cup with a medium amount....
