Surprisingly spacious McDonald's in the centre of London. Plenty of space and good decorations. Liked it.
The table service was subpar; the staff seemed to carelessly throw the food on the plate, and their attitude was quite rude.
Very busy place. Long waiting. Need to wait quite long time to get a seat. Ourself need to clear the table and clean it, the previous customer kept all their trash there itself. One or 2 staff was there, they just brushed the floor. Soo many people are simply sitting and spending time there, so others can't find seat to sit and have food.
check your order before leaving as they like to ‘leave’ things out. won’t be going here again and instead will get something nicer from the co-op down the road. this place needs to be investigated.
Everything about this location is a disaster.nnIt took 16 minutes to get a chicken wrap - which was foul and cold soggy fries. The security guards are jerks to everyone. The whole kitchen is disorganised to a degree that beggars belief for a franchise that has 42,000 locations globally. The manager and regional VP should be sacked.
