I attempted to treat myself to the new 4 Favs for £5 meal deal but it turned out to be a punishment.nnI used self-service to order a cheeseburger with extra pickle, medium fries, 4 chicken nuggets with curry sauce and Tropicana orange juice.nnWait time was 2-3 minutes, which should have raised alarm bells as customised burgers are never ready that fast. I was in a rush to catch my bus so didn’t closely inspect the contents of my bag until I was on the bus.nnBurger was dried out with cheese slice melted until hard like cardboard around the edges. An excessive amount of tomato ketchup but no onion or pickle. The label on the bag said 'cheeseburger with extra pickle' but the label on the burger paper said 'cheeseburger with just ketchup'!nnNuggets were dark brown and very crispy like one shade away from burnt but slightly more edible than the burger thanks to curry sauce.nnFries were cold! nnBest thing was the bottled orange juice which even they couldn't mess up.nnServer was disengaged and didn't feel the need to include a napkin to the bag so I had to pick up a couple from across the counter while she chatted to her colleague.nnBefore today I hadn’t visited this Camberwell branch in 3 years. I shouldn't have bothered!
Waited 15 minutes for my order only to realise once I got home they put the wrong thing in my bag, order was nugget meal but they gave me a mcchicken instead which I don’t even like
Everything I order for delivery there is always the same thing missing. I don't think the staff like handling quarterponders for some reason. They really need to be mindful when preparing orders. I will not be using this restaurant again!
I called today using the app, and because I was standing at the door ordering with my dog with mennThe staff member came straight over and offered to fetch my food from the counter to menWhich I really appreciatednExcellent service
I ordered 2 cheese burger and a regular coke… it took almost 12 minutes before I was served, my food was ready but my drink wasn’t. Has to wait till 5 minutes while I was standing here waiting. The staff who served me asked, ‘’ What do you want’’ then I said My drink. She just put the drink Infront of me with no straw or apologies… they have to take their customer services very serious
