My friend Angelina and I got a delivery for maccies today after a long day of work for her only for her order to have missing items. She ordered Big Mac with medium fries, coca cola and Share box cheese sides. The share box didn't come at all as you can see from the image. The meal was cold and our drinks were a bit of a mess. We contacted the driver Bahadar, McDonald's themselves, but no help other than a rude man who laughed at our situation. In case McDonald's does reply to this review the order number was EF2B7. My friend and I are demand a response to resolve this unhappy situation ASAP.
Do not order from here!!! Terrible service. Not once have I ever had an order turn up correct. It’s an occasional treat dinner in our house to have a McDonald’s. Now it is just me and my daughter so not a big order - 1 nugget happy meal and 1 burger and chips. But the last 4 times… yes 4!!!!! … it has turned up without my daughters nuggets. This means she has a small portion of chips and a fruit shoot for dinner. Ridiculous!! As you can imagine this is followed by a lot of upset as it’s meant to be a treat dinner and me having to cook something separately. I honestly cannot understand how hard it is to put 4 nuggets in a bag. One time error I can understand…. By 4 times in a row!!! Is disgusting. And Just Eat only refund a portion of the meal price for missing nuggets 99p and not the delivery either. It would cost me £10 just to order 6 nuggets to be delivered again as there’s an extra delivery charge for small items. I can’t even get an instant refund this time because I have contested so many orders in the past. This place really needs to sort itself out because if they can’t even manage a 2 person order then I have no idea what would happen if it’s a bigger one. Never again!
My daughters pancakes were hard as a frisbee, couldn’t even cut it, food was cold, my toffee latte was cold, hash brown hard a rock “order 67” the food quality it’s below average, food should be piping hot not Luke warm and then get home it’s stone cold Steve Austin, I will be make a complaint to mc Donald’s further as th standard are not good in there
Food was quick enough, the order was correct and hot, but the place looks a bit run down.nnTheir toilets need a code from your receipt, I assume due to homeless people using them as the member of staff was quite rude one that came in.
Great experience at this McDonald’s! The food was hot and fresh, fries were perfectly crispy, and my order was served quickly. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I’ll definitely come back again
