My friend Angelina and I got a delivery for maccies today after a long day of work for her only for her order to have missing items. She ordered Big Mac with medium fries, coca cola and Share box cheese sides. The share box didn't come at all as you can see from the image. The meal was cold and our drinks were a bit of a mess. We contacted the driver Bahadar, McDonald's themselves, but no help other than a rude man who laughed at our situation. In case McDonald's does reply to this review the order number was EF2B7. My friend and I are demand a response to resolve this unhappy situation ASAP.
Great experience at McDonald's Butterfly! The staff are friendly and fast
Avoid this place at all costs. We made an order yesterday and both me and my husband have been throwing up and are having an upset stomach after eating here. I am also pregnant and have not felt this bad my whole pregnancy, I regret eating this last night and wish we had never visited yesterday. We are both in bed, dehydrated and unable to eat. I have no idea what they done with our food but I’m worried and thinking of the worse considering how we feel.
I ordered on the app for delivery and I have not received my entire order. I was left hungry and severely disappointed. Tried to contact them but no use. I was overcharged for poor service. I expected better.
Really fancied a Filet-O-FISH as I hadn’t had one in ages. TERRIBLE! The fish wasn’t too bad but there was hardly any cheese or mayo. The whole thing was just thrown together without any care…. I very rarely have a good food here. Waste of money!
