One of the rare McDonald’s with realy hot food! It’s a small branch, but it has a decent sized car park behind it. Electric car changing in the car park too. Food was hot, staff were friendly and willing to help out. Drive through is a little tight if you’re driving a van.
This is literally the amount for large fries. Does the person who works here all have a terrible day? I can’t imagine whoever it is can work there. I’m looking forward to just a large pack of hot crunchy fries whole day but look at what I get!
Counter lady spent forever opening a box of tissue paper while orders pile up. When asked, gave me 'my order' without looking.nnWhen I sat down and ate a couple of fries, lady suddenly took my plate away from behind. 'You took the wrong one!' She growled, as if I am the one to blame.nnPutting my actual order on the table, she served the first plate to the other customer, less three and a half fries. No idea how the other guy would have felt to be served a half eaten fries.nnShe didn't apologies to either of us.

I am a frequent customer at McDonald's and typically have a positive experience. However, on this particular visit, the service fell short of my expectations.nnI placed my order online for pickup. Upon arriving at the counter to collect my order, the employee e.g., short woman not tall you can see her on your restruant camrer did not properly complete the order. The tray was handed to me without any sauces included. I had to request the sauces I typically receive with my order, including two packets of barbecue sauce and extra black pepper and salt. Unfortunately, the employee only provided one packet of black pepper and two packets of salt, despite me specifically requesting extra of both.nnFurthermore, the employee seemed rushed and did not wait to ensure I received everything I needed before leaving the counter. This resulted in me having to ask for additional items after she had already walked away.nnThis experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I believe the employee would benefit from additional training on how to ensure customer satisfaction by verifying order accuracy and providing complete service.nnI appreciate your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and hope that you will take steps to address this situation.nnSincerely,
