I am extremely disappointed with my recent order of the mayo chicken. It was missing the bun, which made the meal unappealing and The presentation was poor, and the overall experience left much to be desired. I expected better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.

Waited over 50 minutes to get a simple dine in breakfast order. Only got order once I asked for a refund. Staff obviously prioritise the delivery drivers. It was chaos for those waiting for dine in orders. When ordering in the electronic terminals, they should warn you how long the estimated waiting time is. Remember when McDonald's used to be 'fast food'?

*March 2024 Update*nWalk in at 9.30pm, restaurent almost empty, already being cleaned and areas closed off. Takes 25 minutes to get my order. Absolutely shocking. They were making 1 order per 5 minutes. At a McDonald's. Luckily I only come here as a last resort.nn* March 2023 update! *nTaking 25-30 mins to get your order here with terrible attitude from staff. Likely understaffed as well. GO TO McDonald's Bell Park Retail Park which is FAR better and more efficient. 10 Mins away.nnReally slow service from apparently bored and un-motivated staff. Lots of visible frustration from customers. Terrible quality food. Overall a terrible McDonald's with low standards.

i ordered my food at 11:30 and was due to arrive at 00:05 it then got to 00:12 and my food still wasnt here so i called up the driver and i wasn’t very satisfied by the way he spoke to me considering i am a customer.nwhen he arrived i politely opened the door and said thankyou for my food and the driver gave me a dirty look and walked off , i am not happy with my service let alone the food i was brought. i ordered a double cheeseburger with no bacon and they put bacon in there when the label on the wrapping specifies that there was no bacon , my fries were freezing cold and soggy aswell as no straw for my drink . this is completely outrageous.

Fantastic ordering experience the delivery delivered fantastically fresh food straight from the hallowed halls of the hot kitchen! Generous portion sizes abound.
