I bought 20 chicken nuggets there were ONLY 15. I counted scam. Their food was really really good toilets were out of order!! I had to go to kfc.
I ordered three burgers out of which they gave me two burgers and I checked it at home. And I ordered a coke without ice, but I got the coke with ice also i am pregnant its not easy to go and dợ complain again
Ordered using an app and it was missing all fries and Happy Meal didn't come in a box/with a toy - so just the drink and burger.nnMissing items is very common from this store especially when ordering delivery but also customised items rarely are made as requested extra onions, pickles, cucumbers etc.nnAlways check your order from here before leaving the store and I'd recommend recording yourself opening the delivery so you have proof to get refunds for missing items.nnGiven the amount for staff, it wouldn't hurt to have someone for quality control/to ensure orders are correct.
I recently ordered from the McDonald’s in Tooting, London, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The order was delivered poorly with half-filled chips and no sauces left in the takeaway bag. As a regular customer, I expect better service and quality from McDonald’s. It’s concerning to see such lapses in attention to detail. I hope they address these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future.
Ordered through the app for delivery twice in the past year, both times we had missing items. I'd recommend collecting only. Don't bother with delivery. Also unprofessional and uncomfortable drivers used by uber for their delivery service, especially as a female receiving delivery
