I had never been to a UK McDonald's that didn't support the loyalty program. Beware of that. I guess no self-serve kiosks was a warning.nnThe burger was fine but the fries were close to cold and the Coke Zero tasted weird. I could not drink it.

A completely incompetent establishment incapable of assembling an order correctly. If you are fortunate enough to be in store, be sure to double check your order because they are bound to forget something. If you have the misfortune of ordering via a a food delivery app, prepare to have items missing.
The food is up to the standard, but the place is dirty and has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, delivery personnel seem to be permanently stationed there, along with some homeless individuals. I’ve even come across someone injecting drugs in the restroom. It’s shocking that McDonald’s hasn’t taken any action to address these issues. The police should step in. I’ve decided to stop visiting altogether.
