Very good branch, one of the best I've visited. Tons of seats, some outside as well, some toys for kids, even seen face painting event, which is new for me.nnFood has arrived quickly and was served with smile. Proper burger but meat was dry, spent too much time on the grill. One of the best fries I've had in Mc, hot too. No ketchup thou.nnClean tables and cleaning staff is doing their job all the time, which I've noticed with my own eyes. One doesn't see it often now.

I visited the McDonald’s on Wandsworth Roundabout in London at around 5:30 a.m. on anTuesday morning the 9th December, and I was really disappointed with the state of the place—especially considering it’s just been renovated.nnFirst, I had to wait far too long just to get a coffee, even though there were only three or four other people in the restaurant. More concerning was how messy the place was. The bins were overflowing with bags and bags of food waste, and the tables were all dirty. Given how quiet it was, it’s clear the mess must have built up over the whole night. I have no idea why the bins weren’t emptied, but it made the restaurant look extremely shabby despite the recent refurbishment. Staff also not friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for sugar for coffeennOverall, not a great experience at all.

Terrible experience at this McDonald’s Drive-thru. Firstly they had no milkshakes or Frappes this is not the first time! because their machine that makes them was not working again! and although I still ordered 2 Double Big Tasty Meals, only one had 2 patties, and the other they forgot to add a 2nd patty. I will try my best to stay away from this establishment from now on.

Like the new decor - but consistently waiting 12-15 min for your order isn’t going to cut it…. The old layout was faster and more conducive to inside diners.. This iteration is designed for drive thru customers only, very poor service for dine in customers… I won’t be back..

First time in ages where all the food was actually hot.  Service was good.  The toilets were clean. The 2 asian looking male managers looked very presentable.nnGood
