We ordered from the kiosks.  While there were two lines where food would be ready at, the information on the screen such as the order being completed and ready for pickup was inaccurate.  The atmosphere was incredible considering that I am from America and I am not used to corporate altering their design to fit the location.

Best place to have a quick bite before or after travel. Right next to the London bridge station. Always crowded though. I would advice to order by phone before you go.nnService is absolutely great. Workers are polite and always smiling when giving orders. It's rare to see. While other shops can't handle crowd and have their faces down, when they talk to customers.nnAppreciate the team.

No seating but absolutely perfect food and service.nnCustomisations were correct,touch screen order points were clean , food came out in a reasonable Time frame.nnNote there is no seating but this IS a minor inconvenience AT most as there is a huge length of Window sills along the nearby train station and lots of other places to sit and eat nearby.nnTruly one of the better McDonald's ive been to

I have one voucher, I have checked T&C, could be use anywhere anytime but had limited choices so I went directly to the till to order and the manager told me that they didn't take vouchers. I had this voucher from another McDonald's because the service was terrible but, it's obvious that doesn't matter which site you are going to the service is as bad as I remembered..

Ordered 3 things, very simple. I saw the order was ready and was sitting at the back, but staff were overwhelmed. By the time I got the order, the fries were cold and the order disappeared already from the board, meaning I couldn't leave feedback on the McDonald's app, how convenient. Extremely messy frappuccino. Not enough space to even get in and out of the place.
