Just absolutely poor. Have had issues on delivery with this place before but always been compensated.nToday a simple order of a breakfast Wrap Meal, Berry Muffin and a Duo Muffin deal.nnAgain delivery arrives no Muffin, no breakfast wrap meal, driver additionally useless but sighest he's only delivering what's been given. How incompetent do you have to be to over and over again get something so basic wrong.

I am here to pick my order on 01-05-2025 at 2:03 pm and i have to pick my uber order, they have notifoed on uber that it is ready and now its been 20 minutes after that notification and still i am waiting for that order. The staff is non professional and aggressive. I was asking for my order and the lady here was rrally rude. By the way this time walk in customer is also not too much but still the mcdonalds staff dont want to do  their job. They should go home if they dont want to do their job and dont gave ethics.

service is abysmal, toilet is impossible to get to, milkshake machine is never clean, still taste mint in my milkshakes when the mint flavour hasn’t been sold for months, clearly states 24/7 but turned away when picking up an order placed on the app. genuinely the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to.

This is advertised as 24 hours open on their website and on google. When I tried to get something to eat today there were delivery drivers in there so they were clearly making food. There was weirdly a security guard there who told me that they weren’t open 24 hours and never were. He just said ‘sorry mate’. Is this usual? If you’re only doing delivery why would you need security?

I don’t know if you will even read this, but I’m certain you’ve never read anything like it before. If I’m ordering food at this hour—late at night—it’s because I want to eat. Warm, comforting food. And on top of that, on a birthday I spent alone… well, the fact that you keep making it worse… I can’t even begin to explain.nnI don’t want anything. Your company might love to offer a free meal, a discount, a voucher… I don’t care. I just want you to know how disappointed, hurt, and sad I feel.nnI could have cooked. I could have shared a meal with someone. But I just wanted something warm, something quick. And yet, here I am… staring at a meal so “ready” that I have to heat it up in the microwave.nnIt stings. I wasted my time. I should have just cooked.
