This store plays classical music. Most McDonald's are noisy inside, but it's nice because people aren't making too much noise. But this store always leaves out one or two. I always have to check. It seems like they do it on purpose. Last Saturday, I ordered a Big Mac with a side salad, but there was no fork. Also, a few weeks ago, I ordered sweet chili sauce when choosing the sauce, but there was ketchup. Also, there was no time to suck on the drink. Of course, it could be because they're busy, but isn't it free? And the workers don't smile. I've never seen anyone smile. They really need to educate their employees.
Today I bought mac sausage egg muffin meal and I found egg shell verry bad service I didn’t expect this from Wimbledon mcdonalds
You have to wait forever to get your order, looking wearily at the screen with numbers, just to get your incorrect order, which is hard to get through. The beef is all salt, the fries are over-fried and the McCrispy chicken is full of weird flavour from old, burnt oil. I have never eaten such a disgusting food at McDonald's.
This maccies wins the award for the slowest servers in the UK. In a hurry? Don't bother. Need to catch a train? You'll miss it. Every time I've been here I've waited a minimum of 25 minutes for the simplest order. The staff don't know the world of urgency, all working at the speed of sloths.
Service was quick and efficient. Didn’t sit in and ordered on the app. Fries were a little too salty.
