Food Delicious but consistently messed up orders like I ordered a cheesy bacon flatbread with no cheese but got it with only cheese.Very disappointed.
This must be one of THE worst McDonald’s in the company.nI have lost count of how many times I’ve had food delivered that was cold and stale. It is a disgrace. I always pay extra and order with the ‘priority service’ in the hope it might be fresh and hot when it arrives. It NEVER does.nI must be stupid because I keep going back hoping things may have improved - they don’t.nRegrettably, it may be the case that a lot of people are willing to accept this sub-standard level of service/food/quality.nWell enough is enough, I’m taking this complaint to McDonalds Head Office. McDonald’s Southgate has got away with ripping people off for long enough.nP.S. Why doesn’t ANYONE EVER answer the phone when you call? Maybe they’re trying to avoid disgruntled customers.
Overall the food is enjoyable, including those fries. However on my visit on the Friday 17th May, I left somewhat unimpressed. Teenagers screaming and shouting made the experience unsatisfactory. A crowd of children cheering made it impossible to enjoy the exceptional quality of MacDonalds. At one point, an announcement was made including a beeping noise because the teenagers were getting out of hand.
I ordered 2 hours ago, still haven't received, I phoned three times and they just let it ring. I live 6 minutes drive, theres no excuse!nnThey had the audacity to list it at delivered!nnIf I wasn't disabled, I would have gone to pick it up, such a joke, don't order from them, high Barnet mcdonalds is much better, go there instead!
Good if you want to collect but if your ordering there's honestly no point the food is always cold and they always forget something and you can't get in contact with anyone.
