I order large fish o filet meal deal with banana milkshake and fish finger happy meal with strawberry milkshake. I have got wrong order, I received two large coke glass. It was very disappointing  after long wait I have got wrong order. I need my refund

I’m very upset and frustrated how the service was. The manager is very distasteful and such a disgrace. The fact that I asked one of the colleagues that I want to pay for my food and  no one came. The manager has come through with such inappropriate tone and language. The way he was speaking to me and had the audacity , tell me to “shut up” . ABSOLUTE A DISGRACE. Bear in mind I ask to pay my food politely with no rude intentions and  I will not tolerate this behaviour. Something has to be done instantly because if this behaviour continues , it will definitely lead to more consequences.

The Food was very nice. Seats were very comfy. Relaxing Music. But the only problem is that I went to the toilet and the toilet door was covered in some graffiti. I also want to say about the toilet. It looked very weird like the lids loose and just sitting on the left side. but I don’t know What. “Something weird with this toilet” I thought.nWould come again.

Clean and food fresher than normal,

Recent change to security means you can relax without having people lobbed out left and right. New manager is doing well and service really turned the corner - much quicker and better prepped.
