The major downside is the tiny space in such a busy town center, even though there is an upstairs area that they close too soon in my opinion is not enough for the daily number of customers! The food is the usual MacDonald food, not better not worse, some attendants are the best being helpful some are just there walking side to side , surprisingly there is a good atmosphere by the customers too, regular school kids, mums with their babies and local working class that is very diverse .nI like going there, I just put headphones on and eat my food without the background noise.
I order via Uber eats, and just have a look at the picture of what I found inside my Big Mac box. This isn’t the first my order is poorly made on a previous occasion the hot chocolate cup was half empty.
@McDonalds I ordered breakfast via the McDonald's app from the Walthamstow location, and the experience was a disaster. The delivery arrived with MISSING MEALS and cold, half-spilled coffees. UberEats refused a refund. I called the Walthamstow McDonalds store many times, but no one answered. My wife and I were left without food, out of pocket, and extremely frustrated.
Sent me a burger with no burger patty in it. Called them they said they couldn’t fix it and to call Uber. Contacted Uber they did nothing also. I understand mistakes happen but not sure how you manage to send a burger out with no patty in it …. And then offer nothing to fix the situation
The restaurant is pretty clean. The food is served on time and fresh. There are 2 employees on the floor guiding the customers and keeping everything tidy.
