I recently visited M&S Colliers Wood to purchase a suit for my brother and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. We found a suit we liked and wanted an alteration for the trousers. When I asked an employee about getting this done, he directed us to pay at the till. However, when we got to the till, we were told we needed to go back and fill out a form with the same employee.nnFrustratingly, the employee then insisted we had to pay at the till, and when we asked if he could assist us, he rudely refused. This level of service is unacceptable. I didn’t catch the man’s name, but he was black. While I understand that it was a bank holiday and the store might have been short-staffed, this is still no excuse for such poor service, especially from a store like M&S which usually provides better customer care. The store wasn’t even that busy at the time.nnOverall, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service and attitude need serious improvement at this location.
Very poor customer service, unacceptable behaviour, rude staff and not willing to help. This was my experience today at Colliers Wood M&S. complaint the matter to store manager and instead of helping to solve the issue , said to us will speak to team actually what happened and said good bye to us.nAll the team need customer problem solving training including management.nI was the customer from last 25 years and definitely not going there anymore.nThere was no option to give zero star, don’t deserve even one star.
Fantastic M&S store right next to huge Sainsbury's, huge food, women's and kids clothing downstairs, men's, home and cafe upstairs. Great staff, thank you Cecelia. White Stuff clothes in store now, free parking, brilliant local shopping focus with Tandem Centre and The Priory Centre in walking distance.
Needs an enforcement officer in the car park, this incompetent driver cannot read UK road markings and proceeded to drive the opposite way down a one way section of the car park, to park directly outside of the entrance. Lazy, entitled and thick.
The store is spacious clean well stocked. Today asked for Macaroni as I did not see it, the shop assistant went round the back to see if they had it in stock. The cafe has a lovely variety of hot and cold beverages and food.nThe new autumn range of clothing is out now very nice.nThe staff are always willing to help.
