We booked the 3 beds en-suite room and for this price, it was very good value. The breakfast spread was amazing and location great. Wouldn't say the room and toilet are spacious but it was very convenient to be in Zone 1 London. Would definitely come back.Rooms: 4/5

I stayed here during a break in university. The students break not mine. So there were plenty of dorm rooms for rent. The bathroom was/is communal, so we had to leave our room to take a shower or use the bathroom. All was very clean. The room was small.Rooms: 4/5

Absolutely perfect for all the theatres and shows in the West end. A 10min walk only. I didn't realise until long after I booked this place that it's a students residence and there are certain areas they hire out. We were on the 4th floor with 5 rooms in our corner. Shared toilet, kitchen and separate shower. Which wasn't a problem, never a queue to use any of it. Free continental breakfast on the ground floor which isn't mentioned on the booking site. Would definitely use again.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was very spacious and clean. It was a bit warm, but that was that summer for ya. Very friendly and helpful staff and the best central location anyone could wish for.Rooms: 5/5

Rather great, affordable option to a hostel for a single room in the London summer season. Just make sure you book months early as it is sure to sell out!

Nice accommodation and staff. However, I was there during 3 weeks and half of the time there were problems with the toilets.Rooms: 4/5

Good price for a very central location. Helpful staff, the room was clean and quiet,  and the canteen well stocked on the healthy side of breakfast. The shower however was a torture implement, far too small I've got broad shoulders, short duration push for on control, with a temperature that went from stone cold to stone melting in one easy sweep. A minor point but after a days exploring a shower is a must and I feared that shower the way Burke did the trapdoor. Otherwise recommended.

Best place to stay in Central London. Located near to London school of economics in Holborn. Walkable from Holborn tube station. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are also very good and well maintained. Small Kitchen is available near every room with microwave, ironing press and refrigerator, cooking and drinking water facilities. Inside room small fan and wash basin is provided. Highly recommended for students and solo trips and elderly. Very safe and staff is friendly. All central tourist locations like Trafalgar Square, Westminster Palace and London Eye are at walking distance.
