One of the best hotels in central London! Very elegant and beautifully designed. The location is just perfect! The restaurant of the hotel is outstanding, the food is incredible and definitely one of the best places we have eaten in the city. A special thanks to Matteo and his team for taking care of us so perfectly. Highly recommended!
What a beautiful hotel and amazing location! We had such a fantastic time at the restaurant. The atmosphere and the live music with the DJ makes it just perfect. The food is great, the cocktails are delicious and the service is outstanding. We will definitely come back soon!!!Rooms: 5/5
Rooms are small but well equipped. Iron and board are there. Bathroom is nice. Rooms are too hot and don’t block noise. laundry service is poor. I tried to drop off at 10am and was told clothes would take 2 days to returnRooms: 3/5
Very friendly personnel and a smooth check-in. Room was nice and clean with a good bed, only the TV would switch itself off every 30 minutes for some reason. Breakfast was very good and the gym looked brand new with decent equipment. The location of the hotel is perfect with a bus stop around the corner and the British Museum right across the street. I would certainly come here again.
Beautiful hotel, smells so fresh when you enter the lobby, which offers lemon mint infused water. They held our bags for us while we visited Paris! That was a huge help. Loved the buffet breakfast in their beautiful restaurant! Rooms were clean with large bathrooms. Great, safe location!
Good value for money Room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient. The lobby was good. The room cards were not working, I had the issue 3 times, and other clients as well. Quite annoying. Personnel seemed to be junior and not up to speed to solve issues.
I would give 10 starts if I could : This was my first time at a Radisson Hotel, definitely not the last! The hotel is nice and clean. We arrived at 12pm, accessed the room before the check-in time around 2pm. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and professional. Checked us in so fast and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. The room was perfect! Lovely view, large windows. Very very quite although it was on the 2nd floor. The room was super clean, had a lot of space. Bed is comfortable and the sheets have a nice touch. The best thing was the location - everything is within 2-15 min walk from you. The closest tube station is also 5 min walk and you can take the Elizabeth line to Heathrow from it. We had the best stay ever, will definitely come back to this hotel, or to any other Radisson hotels in the future!
The staff was nice and the location good but the rooms had seen better days. The bathroom door wasn‘t closing and it was over all super noisy due to a lot of ventilators going strong. Wouldn‘t recommend.Rooms: 1/5
Check-in: I booked for a double-size bedroom. However, when I was checking in, I was told that there is only two-bed bedroom. The second day I asked for a change to a double-size bedroom. Staffs are nice, but the arrangement wasn’t good. Room: Considering the price, this room quality is so bad. The room and amenity were extremely old. Bathtub has yellow stein in it. The bathtub glass is almost felling off. Some of the lights are very dark and cannot even be turned on the second day. Everything feels like 30 years ago. The room cleaning was also very bad, didn’t change the tissue box when it was empty. Trash can wasn’t cleared. Sheets are not changed for several days, just tucked in. Fridge wasn’t powered. Location: the location is really good! Very convenient. Overall, if the only thing you care about is the location, go for it. However, if you care about the quality of your trip, definitely choose another place.
Perfectly situated for shopping, theatres, and loads more. The rooms are not the best on size that's London hotels for you even in the superior rooms, but everything else makes up for it! The staff are very helpful, and the breakfast buffet is brilliant for choices! Definitely will be returning.Rooms: 3/5
