Basic London hotel in a quiet street yet close to Earls Court underground, Kensington High Street and plenty of eateries. Our room was clean and tidy, if a little small. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was extremely powerful with plenty of hot water. And that, for a single overnight stay was all we required. Top tip: we didn’t order breakfast at the time of booking and were offered breakfast at half price. A full English would have been £8 and continental £4. Can’t comment on the quality as we didn’t take them up on the offer, but at those prices breakfast is worth a punt.

Nice family hotel with friendly staff. Located in the Kensington district. Nice rooms, English style. We enjoyed our stay!

We are enjoying our stay at the London Lodge Hotel! Beautiful shower and very cute hotel. Includes breakfast, and though there is a good selection it would be nice if it included eggs and bacon. What it lacks in small things (no iron and safe in the room) it certainly makes up in charm. We would recommend/stay again. In a cute part of town with somewhat close tube entrances (a short walk).

Uncomfortable bed, bathroom door wouldn’t stay open so bathroom got hot and humid, thin walls, room smelled a bit. Cheaper than other things in the area but not good value for what you pay.
